How to Cancel mSpy Subscription and Get a Refund

To cancel an mSpy subscription, first identify who is actually charging you, then cancel through that specific channel: the mSpy Control Panel for direct purchases, the third-party processor (Cleverbridge, PayPro Global, or Paddle) if one appears on your statement, or the Apple App Store or Google Play if you subscribed through a mobile device. Canceling in the wrong place leaves auto-renewal active, and you will keep being billed.

Find Out Who Is Actually Billing You

Check your credit card statement or search your email for order confirmations before you do anything else. The name on the charge tells you which cancellation path to follow. Depending on when you signed up, the biller might be mSpy, Cleverbridge, PayPro Global, Paddle, Apple, or Google. Your original order confirmation email from mSpy should also list your Order ID and the payment processor that handled the transaction.

If you subscribed through an iPhone, iPad, or Android device, Apple or Google is billing you independently. mSpy’s own dashboard cannot cancel those charges.

Cancel From the mSpy Dashboard

If you bought directly from mSpy’s website, log in to your Control Panel and open the Subscription tab in account settings. That section shows your current plan and the option to turn off auto-renewal.

Expect the flow to push back. You will see discount offers and short surveys before you reach the final confirmation. Click through every prompt until the system explicitly confirms that auto-renewal is off. Stopping partway keeps billing active for the next cycle. Save the confirmation email or screenshot the confirmation screen; if a charge appears later, that receipt is your proof.

If the dashboard won’t cooperate, email mSpy’s billing team at billing@mspy.com, call U.S. support at +1 855 896 0041 (available around the clock), or submit a request through their contact form under the “Subscription & Cancellation” category.1mSpy. Contact Us

Cancel Through the Payment Processor

If your statement shows a third-party processor rather than mSpy, canceling at the processor cuts off the payment at the source and is often the most reliable route.

Cleverbridge

Go to Cleverbridge’s purchase lookup page at cleverbridge.com and enter the email you used to buy mSpy. Cleverbridge will email you a link to your order. Open “All details on this order,” scroll to the subscription overview, and cancel from there.2Cleverbridge Support. How Do I Cancel My Subscription? Check spam if the email doesn’t arrive.

PayPro Global

Log in to PayPro Global’s customer portal at cc.payproglobal.com using the email tied to your purchase. From there you can cancel the recurring charge, update payment details, or manage the subscription.3PayPro Global. PayPro Global Shopper Support

Paddle

Open the subscription management link in your original Paddle purchase confirmation email, go to the Subscription menu, and click Cancel. The subscription ends at the close of your current billing cycle rather than immediately.

Cancel Through the Apple App Store

If you subscribed on an iPhone or iPad, cancel through Apple. Open Settings, tap your name, tap Subscriptions, find mSpy, and tap Cancel Subscription.4Apple Support. If You Want to Cancel a Subscription From Apple

If there is no Cancel button and you see an expiration date in red text, the subscription is already canceled. That date is when your access ends, and Apple won’t charge you again after it.4Apple Support. If You Want to Cancel a Subscription From Apple

Cancel Through Google Play

On your Android device, open the Google Play app, go to your subscriptions, select mSpy, tap Cancel Subscription, and follow the prompts.5Google Play Support. Cancel, Pause, or Change a Subscription on Google Play

Uninstalling the app does not cancel the subscription. Google warns about this directly. The subscription lives in Google’s system, not on the phone, so deleting the app leaves the billing running. What Happens After You Cancel

Cancellation stops future charges, but you keep access to the monitoring dashboard and collected data until the current billing period ends. After that date, data collection stops and dashboard access is cut off.

Cancellation does not remove the mSpy software from the device it was installed on, and it does not delete the data mSpy has already gathered on its servers. To have that data wiped, contact mSpy support and request deletion; their support page states they will “remove all your device’s data from our servers so that it can’t be viewed any longer.”6mSpy. If Charges Keep Appearing After You Cancel

The Fair Credit Billing Act lets you dispute unauthorized or erroneous charges with your credit card company. You have 60 days from the date the charge appears on your statement to file a written dispute.9Office of the Law Revision Counsel. US Code Title 15 – Section 1666

While the dispute is being investigated, you can withhold payment on the disputed amount without being reported as delinquent. The card issuer must acknowledge the dispute within 30 days and resolve it within two billing cycles, up to a maximum of 90 days.9Office of the Law Revision Counsel. US Code Title 15 – Section 1666

Send the dispute in writing, not on a payment stub, and keep a copy of everything. The cancellation confirmation you saved earlier is the document that makes this dispute straightforward.
