How to Cancel Muscle Fit App Subscription on Any Device

To cancel your Muscle Fit app subscription, go to the platform that is actually charging you — Apple, Google Play, or the Muscle Fit website — and cancel there. Deleting the app from your phone does not stop the billing, and that single mistake is why most people keep getting charged after they thought they were done.

Deleting the App Does Nothing to the Billing

Dragging the icon to the trash only removes the software from your device. The subscription agreement sits with Apple, Google, or Muscle Fit’s own billing system, and none of them are told you uninstalled anything. People pay for months this way. Cancel through the platform that runs the charge, not the app.

Figure Out Who Is Charging You

Before you cancel anything, work out which of the three billers you’re dealing with. Check your email for the original purchase confirmation. If it came from Apple, cancel through Apple. If it came from Google Play, cancel through Google. If it came from Muscle Fit directly, cancel on their website.

Your bank or credit card statement is the other tell. The charge description usually reads “APPLE.COM/BILL,” “GOOGLE*,” or the company’s own name.

Cancel Through Apple on iPhone or iPad

If you signed up through the App Store, Apple runs the billing.

  • Open the Settings app and tap your name at the top.
  • Tap Subscriptions.
  • Find and tap the Muscle Fit subscription.
  • Tap Cancel Subscription and confirm.

If there’s no cancel button and you see an expiration date in red, the subscription is already canceled.1Apple. If You Want to Cancel a Subscription From Apple

You can also cancel from a browser at account.apple.com by signing in and managing subscriptions there. Any computer works.1Apple. If You Want to Cancel a Subscription From Apple

Timing matters for trials. If you signed up for a free or discounted trial, cancel at least 24 hours before the trial ends or you’ll be charged for the first full billing cycle.1Apple. Cancel Through Google Play on Android

If the subscription came through Google Play, that’s where the billing lives. Canceling inside the Muscle Fit app or uninstalling it won’t do anything.2Google Play Help. Cancel, Pause, or Change a Subscription on Google Play

  • Open the Google Play Store app.
  • Tap your profile icon, then Payments & subscriptions, then Subscriptions.
  • Select the Muscle Fit subscription.
  • Tap Cancel subscription and follow the prompts.

From a computer, sign into the same Google account and go to play.google.com/store/account/subscriptions.2Google Play Help. Cancel, Pause, or Change a Subscription on Google Play

You keep access to whatever you’ve already paid for. If your billing cycle runs through the 15th of next month, the app still works until then.2Google Play Help. Cancel, Pause, or Change a Subscription on Google Play

Cancel on the Muscle Fit Website

If you subscribed directly on the Muscle Fit site rather than through an app store, neither Apple nor Google can help. The company controls the billing itself. Log in with the email and password you used to sign up, find account settings or subscription management, and cancel from there.

Some companies route you through chat agents, offer discounts to stay, or bury the cancel button. Under the FTC’s Click-to-Cancel rule, sellers must make canceling at least as easy as signing up was, and they must provide a straightforward way to stop charges without extra hoops.3Federal Trade Commission. Federal Trade Commission Announces Final Click-to-Cancel Rule Making It Easier for Consumers to End Recurring Subscriptions and Memberships If you signed up with two clicks, they can’t force you through a 20-minute phone call to leave. The FTC dropped a proposed ban on retention offers, so a company can still pitch you a discounted plan, but it can’t block the cancellation while doing so.

Confirm the Cancellation Actually Went Through

Don’t assume it worked because you tapped a button. Look for a confirmation email from Apple, Google, or Muscle Fit. On iPhone, go back to Settings, your name, Subscriptions, and check that the entry shows an expiration date instead of a next renewal date. On Google Play, the subscription page should show “Canceled” next to the app.

Then watch your bank or card statements for at least a full month. Catching a stray charge quickly is better than finding six of them later.

If Charges Keep Coming

First, go back to the platform and confirm the cancellation actually processed. A session timeout or connectivity glitch can leave the request unfinished.

If cancellation did process and charges continue, your options depend on how you were paying:

  • Credit card charges: Contact your card issuer to dispute the charge. Under the Fair Credit Billing Act, you generally have 60 days from the date the statement with the error was sent to file a written dispute. The issuer must acknowledge your complaint and investigate.
  • Debit card or bank account charges: You can stop a preauthorized recurring transfer by notifying your bank at least three business days before the next scheduled payment. Federal law protects this right, and the initial request can be made by phone or in writing. Your bank may ask for written confirmation within 14 days of an oral request.4Office of the Law Revision Counsel. 15 USC 1693e – Preauthorized Transfers
  • Refund from Apple or Google: Apple takes refund requests at reportaproblem.apple.com, though eligibility varies and approval isn’t guaranteed. Google Play handles refund requests through its support page.5Apple Support. Request a Refund for Apps or Content That You Bought From Apple

Keep screenshots of the cancellation confirmation, any emails from the company, and the charges on your statement. That documentation is what turns a dispute into a quick resolution instead of a drawn-out back-and-forth.

Deleting Your Personal Data Is a Separate Request

Canceling stops the charges. It doesn’t wipe your account. The company may still hold workout data, health metrics, payment details, and anything else you entered. Roughly 20 states have enacted comprehensive data privacy laws giving residents the right to request deletion of personal information held by businesses, so whether you can force deletion depends on where you live.

Check Muscle Fit’s privacy policy for a deletion form or a designated email address. Most companies use an online form where you verify your identity and specify what you want deleted. Expect a few weeks for processing. Companies can retain certain data if a law requires it or if they need it to finish a transaction you already started.
