What a Machine Plan Cancellation Costs
This is where people get caught off guard. You received a machine below retail price in exchange for a commitment to buy coffee credits each month, and Nespresso recoups part of that discount if you leave early.
In the US, there’s a 14-day cooling-off period after you purchase a Machine Plan. Cancel inside those 14 days and you won’t be charged a cancellation fee. Your Credits Stay in Your Account
If you’ve built up a credit balance through monthly payments, that balance stays with you after cancellation. Per Nespresso’s US FAQ, credits don’t expire.8Nespresso. Orders Already in Motion
Canceling doesn’t automatically stop a shipment that’s already processing.
