To cancel your Page Pilot subscription, sign in and go to pagepilot.ai/billing, click the red “Cancel Subscription” button, and confirm. The whole process takes about a minute. If the button won’t respond or you can’t reach the billing page, Page Pilot’s support team can cancel for you through chat, email, social media, or Discord.
Cancel From the Billing Page
Click your name in the upper-right corner of any Page Pilot screen and choose “Billing” from the dropdown. That opens pagepilot.ai/billing, which shows your current plan, subscription status, next billing date, and the amount you would be charged next. Click the red “Cancel Subscription” button and confirm when prompted.
Your account status will update to show the pending expiration. Save or screenshot that confirmation. It is your proof that the recurring charge has been stopped on Page Pilot’s end.
What Happens to Product Pages You Already Built
Product pages you already created and imported into your Shopify store are not deleted when you cancel. They stay in your store and keep working for your customers.
What you lose is the ability to create new product pages through Page Pilot, and the ability to edit existing pages in the Shopify customizer through the Page Pilot integration. If your live pages are performing well and don’t need regular changes, cancellation won’t disrupt them.
Access and Billing After You Cancel
Cancellation doesn’t cut off access right away. You keep full use of Page Pilot until the end of your current billing period, whether that’s monthly or annual. Cancel on day ten of a monthly cycle and you still have the rest of the month.
Page Pilot does not prorate refunds for unused time inside a monthly billing period. If you’ve already used paid features during the cycle, the standard path is to cancel and ride out the remainder.
Refund Eligibility
The refund rules depend on which plan you’re on, and they’re enforced strictly.
- Monthly plans. You can request a refund only if you have not created or imported any product pages into your store. As soon as you create or import a page, you’ve used premium features and no longer qualify. The request must come within 14 days of the initial subscription payment.
- Annual plans. Yearly subscribers who request a refund receive one, but Page Pilot deducts each active month at the monthly rate. If you paid annually for the Lite plan and cancel two months in, you’d be refunded the annual price minus two months at $39 each.
- Processing fees. A small processing fee may apply to full refund requests.
The policy makes no special exception for accidental renewals or forgetting to cancel before a billing date. Page Pilot’s own guidance encourages users to “fully utilize the trial period” before subscribing, because post-trial refund rules are applied as written.
If You Can’t Cancel Through the Website
If the billing page won’t load, the cancel button won’t respond, or you’ve lost access to the account, Page Pilot’s support team can process the cancellation manually. You can reach them through chat, email, social media, or their Discord community. Send the request from, or reference, the email address tied to your account, and keep the reply you receive as your written record that the cancellation was requested.
Stopping Charges Through Your Bank
If you’ve canceled through Page Pilot but still see charges, or you can’t get into your account at all, there is a backup. Under federal rules governing electronic fund transfers, you can stop a preauthorized recurring payment by notifying your bank or credit card company at least three business days before the next scheduled charge. You can do this by phone or in writing. If you call, the bank can require written confirmation within 14 days; miss that deadline and the verbal stop-payment order expires.
Treat this as a last resort. A bank stop-payment doesn’t close your Page Pilot account, and using it instead of canceling through Page Pilot can leave your subscription in a messy billing state.
