Find Out Who’s Billing You

For most account types, the website is the only reliable path. You generally can’t cancel a direct subscription from inside the Paramount Plus mobile app or by calling customer service.
Cancel Through Apple, Google, Amazon, or Roku

Cancel a Bundled Subscription
If Paramount Plus came bundled with Walmart Plus, T-Mobile, or a similar plan, you usually don’t cancel Paramount Plus itself. You manage the streaming benefit inside the partner’s account.
Walmart Plus subscribers should open the streaming services section of the Walmart Plus account and select Manage your plan. Canceling Walmart Plus entirely also ends the Paramount Plus benefit.6Walmart. The carrier controls the subscription, so that’s where you turn it off.
What Happens After You Cancel
Your access continues through the end of the billing period you’ve already paid for. If your period runs through the 15th, you can keep watching until the 15th, and no further charges post after that.1Paramount Plus Support. Paramount Plus does not refund subscription fees you’ve already paid. The company’s stated policy is that access runs to the end of the billing period and that’s it. They note that certain circumstances may legally entitle you to a refund under their Terms of Use but don’t spell those out, and they say issuing a refund once doesn’t obligate them to do it again. When a refund is issued, access ends immediately rather than continuing through the billing period.

If a Charge Shows Up Anyway
Save the cancellation confirmation email. Every platform sends one, and it’s the piece of evidence your bank or card issuer will want if a charge posts after your subscription should have ended.
Check your account a few days after canceling to make sure the status reads as canceled. Session timeouts and missed confirmation screens occasionally leave a cancellation half-finished, and a quick look catches that before the next billing cycle.
