You cannot cancel Paramount Plus from inside the mobile app. There’s no cancel button in it. To stop the subscription, you have to go to whichever platform actually bills you each month: your iPhone settings, the Google Play Store, Amazon, Roku, Walmart, or the Paramount Plus website. Cancel in the wrong place and the charges keep coming.
Find Out Who Bills You
Open the Paramount Plus app, tap your profile or account icon, and look for a Subscription or Billing section. It will name the platform handling your payment: Apple, Google, Amazon, Roku, or Paramount Plus directly. That’s the only platform where your cancellation will stick.
Your bank or card statement works too. A charge labeled “PARAMOUNT+” or “PARAMOUNTPLUS” means Paramount bills you directly. “APPLE.COM/BILL” points to Apple. “GOOGLE*Paramount” means Google Play. “AMAZON DIGITAL” is a Prime Video channel subscription, and “ROKU INC” means you signed up on a Roku device.
Cancel on iPhone or iPad
If you signed up inside the app on an iPhone, Apple is almost certainly your biller. Cancel through device settings:
- Open Settings and tap your name at the top.
- Tap Subscriptions. Every active and expired subscription on your Apple ID shows up here.
- Tap Paramount Plus, then tap Cancel Subscription. You may need to scroll down.
Once it’s canceled, the subscription page shows an expiration date in red instead of a renewal date. If you already see that red date, the subscription is already canceled and you don’t need to do anything else.1Apple Support. If You Want to Cancel a Subscription From Apple
Cancel on Android
Google Play Store subscriptions are managed in the Play Store app, not in Paramount Plus.
- Open the Google Play Store and tap your profile icon in the upper-right corner.
- Tap Payments & subscriptions, then Subscriptions.
- Select Paramount Plus, tap Cancel subscription, and follow the prompts.
Cancellation takes effect at the end of your current billing cycle, and Google Play will show a status change confirming no renewal.2Google Play Help. Cancel, Pause, or Change a Subscription on Google Play
Cancel Through Amazon Prime Video
If Paramount Plus is a Prime Video channel on your account, go to Your Account on Amazon’s website or app, open Your Subscriptions, find the Paramount Plus add-on, select Unsubscribe, and confirm. Amazon sometimes offers a self-service refund during cancellation. If you accept it, cancellation is immediate. If no refund is offered, access continues to the end of the billing period.3Amazon. Cancel Through Roku
A Roku Channel Store subscription is tied to your Roku account. Two ways to cancel:
- On the device: press Home, highlight the Paramount Plus app with the arrow buttons, press the Star (*) button, select Manage subscription, then Turn off auto-renew.
- Online: go to my.roku.com/subscriptions, find Paramount Plus, select Manage subscription, and turn off auto-renew.

Cancel a Walmart Plus Bundle
Walmart Plus members who activated Paramount Plus as a streaming benefit don’t cancel it the usual way. The access is part of your Walmart Plus membership, so you’re either dropping the streaming benefit or canceling Walmart Plus itself. Sign into your Walmart account, go to Account, select Walmart+, find the streaming plan, and select Manage plan. If you upgraded from the included Essential plan to Premium, you can downgrade back. One trap: if you have a separate paid Paramount Plus subscription and want to switch to the Walmart Plus version, you have to wait for the paid subscription to fully expire before activating the Walmart benefit. Cancel on the Paramount Plus Website
If you signed up directly at paramountplus.com with a credit card, cancel through the website. Log in, open your Account page, and select the Cancel Subscription link. Follow the prompts to confirm. What Happens After You Cancel
Two things are the same across every platform. You keep watching until the end of whatever billing period you already paid for, and Paramount Plus does not refund partial months or partial years.6Paramount+. Your account should show a canceled status with the last date you can stream. Check next month’s statement to confirm no new charge posted. If You’re Still Being Charged After Canceling
Continuing charges usually mean the cancellation went through the wrong platform or didn’t finish. Look for the confirmation email that Apple, Google, Amazon, Roku, or Paramount Plus should have sent. If you never got one, the cancellation probably didn’t complete.
If you have confirmation but the charges keep coming, contact the billing platform first, not Paramount Plus (unless they bill you directly). For credit card charges, federal law gives you the right to dispute billing errors. Write to your card issuer within 60 days of the statement containing the charge. Save screenshots of the cancellation confirmation, the confirmation email, and the statement showing the charge. That paperwork makes the dispute easy to resolve.
