To cancel Paramount+ Premium, you have to go through whoever actually bills you. If you signed up at paramountplus.com, you cancel on the Paramount+ website. If you signed up through Apple, Google Play, Roku, Amazon, a cable box, or a wireless or retail bundle like T-Mobile or Walmart+, you have to cancel inside that platform’s account settings. The Paramount+ app and website cannot override a subscription that a third party is managing for you.
Find Out Who Bills You
Pull up your bank or credit card statement and look at the name next to the Paramount+ charge. If it reads “Paramount+” or “CBS Interactive,” Paramount bills you directly. If it reads “Apple,” “Google,” “Roku,” “Amazon,” “Xfinity,” “T-Mobile,” or similar, that company bills you and that is where you need to cancel.
You can also check inside the account itself. Log in at paramountplus.com, open your account page, and look for a “Cancel Subscription” option. If it is there and clickable, Paramount bills you directly. If it is missing or grayed out, a third party is handling the billing.1Paramount. Cancel on the Paramount+ Website
If Paramount bills you directly, log in at paramountplus.com, tap your initials or profile icon in the top right, and select “Account.” Scroll down to the cancellation link and click it.2Paramount Plus. How Do I Cancel My Subscription You will likely see a retention offer or a prompt to switch to the cheaper Essential plan. Keep clicking through until you reach the final confirmation screen.
This same path applies if you subscribed through a PlayStation, Xbox, or VIDAA smart TV. Those platforms route billing through Paramount, so you cancel on the website rather than inside the console.
Cancel Through Apple
If you subscribed through the App Store on an iPhone or iPad, Apple handles the billing and the Paramount+ website cannot cancel it. On the device, open Settings, tap your name at the top, tap Subscriptions, select Paramount+, and tap Cancel Subscription.

Cancel Through Google Play
Android subscriptions bought through the Play Store belong to Google. Open the Settings app, tap Google, tap your name, and select Manage your Google Account. One timing detail: cancel at least 48 hours before your renewal date. If you wait until the day of, the next charge may already be processing and you could end up paying for another cycle.
Cancel Through Roku
On the Roku device, press the Home button, highlight the Paramount+ app with the arrow keys, and press the Star (*) button on the remote. Select Manage subscription, then Turn off auto-renew.

Cancel Through Amazon
Amazon has two paths. If you added Paramount+ as a Prime Video Channel, open Prime Video, go to Account & Settings, select Your subscriptions, find the Paramount+ add-on, and select Unsubscribe.6Amazon. Prime Video Help
If you subscribed through Amazon’s general marketplace instead, go to the Memberships & Subscriptions page on Amazon and use the Auto-Renew toggle to stop the recurring charge before the next renewal date.7Amazon. Manage Your Amazon Subscriptions
Cancel Through a Cable Box
If you signed up through an Xfinity X1 or Xumo Stream Box, the cable box is your cancellation tool. Go to Settings, then Apps & Subscription Management, select Unsubscribe, and confirm. If you no longer have the X1 or Xumo equipment, the interface is not available to you and you will need to contact Xfinity directly. Other cable providers that bundle Paramount+ follow a similar pattern through their own equipment or account portals.
Cancel Through T-Mobile or Walmart+
T-Mobile customers who get Paramount+ as an account perk cancel through T-Mobile. Log in at T-Mobile.com, go to View Account, then Shared Add-ons, and select Manage add-ons. Deselect the Paramount+ feature, continue, and confirm.9T-Mobile Support. Paramount Plus
One wrinkle to watch for: if your Paramount+ came with a 12-month promotional offer from T-Mobile, canceling ends access immediately rather than at the end of the billing cycle. For non-promotional subscriptions, access runs through the end of the cycle as usual.9T-Mobile Support. Paramount Plus
Walmart+ members manage Paramount+ through their Walmart+ account under “Manage your plan” for streaming services. If you upgraded to the Premium tier through Walmart+ and downgrade back to the ad-supported version, you keep access through the end of the billing cycle. If you switch to a different streaming benefit entirely, you lose Paramount+ access immediately and get a prorated refund for the unused portion.10Walmart. Walmart Plus Streaming Benefits
Free Trials and Promotional Offers
If you are still inside a free trial, cancel using whichever method matches your billing source. Canceling during a trial ends access at the end of the trial window, not at the end of a billing cycle, and you will not be charged as long as you cancel before the trial expires.
If you signed up with a multi-month promotional offer, cancellation still takes effect at the end of your current billing period, not at the end of the full promotional window. A three-month promo does not lock you in for three months.
What Happens After You Cancel
For paid subscriptions canceled directly through Paramount+, you keep access to Premium content until the end of the period you already paid for. If your renewal date is March 20 and you cancel on March 5, you can stream through March 20. Paramount does not issue prorated refunds for the unused portion of a billing cycle.11Paramount Plus. The same no-refund rule applies at most third-party platforms. Apple, Google, Roku, and Amazon all let you keep access until the paid period ends, then the subscription stops. Walmart+ is the exception noted above when you switch between streaming benefits.10Walmart. Walmart Plus Streaming Benefits
Once you have canceled, log back in and confirm the status has changed. Watch for a confirmation email and save it. Billing errors after cancellation are uncommon, but if a charge shows up on your statement afterward, that email is your proof when you dispute it with your payment processor.
