To cancel Passionflix, go to whichever service originally billed you: the Passionflix website, Apple, Google Play, Amazon, or Roku. Passionflix cannot stop a charge that a third-party app store is collecting, so canceling in the wrong place leaves the payments running. Plans are $6.99 per month or $69.99 per year, and Passionflix does not refund the unused portion of a billing cycle after you cancel.
Check Who Is Actually Billing You
Pull up a recent bank or credit card statement before you do anything else. The merchant name next to the charge is the answer. A line reading “Passionflix” or something containing “Magine” means you signed up directly on the website. A charge from “Apple,” “Google,” “Amazon,” or “Roku” means that platform controls the subscription, and you have to cancel through it.
Cancel on the Passionflix Website

Cancel Through Apple
If you subscribed on an iPhone, iPad, Mac, or Apple TV, Apple handles the billing. On an iPhone or iPad, open Settings, tap your name, then tap Subscriptions. On a Mac, open the App Store, click your name, then click Account Settings. Scroll to Subscriptions, click Manage, select Passionflix, and click Cancel Subscription. Cancel Through Google Play

You keep access through the end of the period you already paid for. The cancellation takes effect at the next renewal.
Cancel Through Amazon
If Passionflix appears as a Prime Video channel or add-on, go to amazon.com/myac. Select “Your subscriptions” from the top menu, find Passionflix, click “Unsubscribe,” and confirm. If Amazon offers a self-service refund and you accept it, your access ends immediately. If no refund is offered, you keep access until the end date shown on the confirmation screen.5Amazon. Cancel Through Roku
You have two options. On the Roku device, press Home, highlight the Passionflix app, and press the Star button on your remote to open the options menu, where you can cancel. Or go to my.roku.com/subscriptions in a browser, find Passionflix under Active subscriptions, click “Manage subscription,” and select “Turn off auto-renew.”6Roku. Timing and Refunds
Passionflix does not prorate refunds. Their terms state that canceling mid-term does not entitle you to a refund for the unused portion.7Passionflix. If you believe you were charged after properly canceling, Passionflix’s terms require individual arbitration rather than court action, and claims generally must be brought within one year.7Passionflix. Terms of Service
Canceling Is Not the Same as Deleting Your Account
Deleting your Passionflix account does not stop a subscription being billed by Apple or Google. If you delete the account without also canceling through the app store, the charges keep coming. If You Can’t Find the Cancel Button
Missing cancel options usually mean you’re signed into the wrong account or trying to cancel through a platform that isn’t billing you. Recheck the merchant name on your statement, then go to that platform’s subscription settings.
