How to Cancel PDF Reader Pro Subscription: Apple, Google, Web, Microsoft

To cancel a PDF Reader Pro subscription, go to the platform that originally billed you and cancel there: Apple for App Store purchases, Google for Play Store purchases, Microsoft for Microsoft Store purchases, and the payment processor (Paddle or PayPal) for direct website purchases. Do it at least 24 hours before your next renewal date, or you’ll be charged for another cycle.1PDF Reader Pro. What Are Subscription and Cancellation Terms?

Find Out Who Is Billing You

PDF Reader Pro’s support team cannot cancel a subscription that was purchased through Apple, Google, or Microsoft. Only the platform that took your money can stop the charges. So the first step is figuring out which one that is.

Check your email for the original purchase confirmation. A receipt from Apple means App Store. A receipt from Google Play means Google. A receipt from Paddle or PayPal means you bought directly from pdfreaderpro.com.1PDF Reader Pro. What Are Subscription and Cancellation Terms? If the receipt is missing, look at your bank or card statement; the charge description usually names the billing platform.

After You Cancel

Canceling stops future charges but doesn’t cut access immediately. You keep premium features until the end of the billing period you already paid for. After that, the app reverts to its free version.

Verify the cancellation the same way you made it. On Apple devices, Settings and Subscriptions should show an expiration date rather than a renewal date. On Google Play, the subscription list will reflect the new status. For direct purchases, watch for a confirmation email from the payment processor.

Check your bank statement for one billing cycle afterward. If a new charge shows up, contact the billing platform: reportaproblem.apple.com for Apple, the Google Play Help center for Google. Unauthorized charges can generally be disputed within 120 days.
