How to Cancel Pestie Subscription and Get a Refund

To cancel your Pestie subscription, sign in at pestie.com and use the “Manage Account” link, or email hello@pestie.com, or call (888) 614-9572. There is no early termination fee and no minimum number of shipments you have to accept first. One thing to know before you cancel: stopping future shipments does not automatically refund money you’ve already paid, so if you prepaid for the year, you’ll need to request a prorated refund separately.1Pestie. Getting a Refund for What You’ve Already Paid

Two different refund situations come up when people cancel.

If you prepaid the annual plan and are canceling mid-cycle with treatments still owed to you, Pestie will issue a prorated refund. You have to ask for it. The self-service cancellation tool only stops future shipments; it does not trigger a refund on its own. Contact support directly to request the credit.1Pestie. Return Policy and The Bug-Free Guarantee If you’re going the email route to cancel, ask for the prorated refund in the same message so it doesn’t slip through the cracks.

If you received a kit and never opened it, you can return it for a full refund within 30 days of purchase. Email hello@pestie.com to start the return, and Pestie will send instructions.6Pestie. Return Policy and The Bug-Free Guarantee

Try the Bug-Free Guarantee First If Treatments Aren’t Working

If you’re canceling because you’re still seeing pests, contact Pestie before you close the account. The Bug-Free Guarantee promises to make things right if you’re unsatisfied: specialty treatments, a personalized plan, or a full refund.7Pestie. Pestie – The Better Way to Get Rid of Bugs Free retreatments are included with both subscription plans. The guarantee won’t help if you’re simply done with pest control for the season, but if the reason for canceling is results, it’s the smarter first call.

After You Cancel

Watch your bank or credit card statements for at least one full billing cycle after your cancellation date. If an auto-renewal charge posts anyway, your confirmation email or reference number is what you’ll use to dispute it.

If a shipment was already in transit when you canceled, you will likely still receive it and be billed for it. Cancellation stops future orders, not ones already processed. If that kit arrives and stays unopened, the 30-day unopened-return window may still apply.

Leftover Product You No Longer Want

Don’t pour partially used Pestie product down a drain or toss it in the regular trash. The EPA recommends using up leftover pesticide according to label directions when possible. If you can’t, check whether your local waste authority runs a household hazardous waste collection program; many communities hold periodic events where you can drop off unwanted pesticides at no charge or a small fee.8U.S. EPA. Safe Disposal of Pesticides Don’t reuse empty containers for other purposes, and remember that state and local disposal rules can be stricter than the federal label. Your local solid waste office can tell you what’s available where you live.
