To cancel your Pilates Workout at Home app subscription, go to the subscription settings of whichever platform you signed up through, not the app itself. If you subscribed on an iPhone or iPad, use the App Store through your device Settings. On Android, use Google Play. If you signed up directly on the Pilates Workout at Home website, log into your account there. The whole thing takes about two minutes once you’re in the right place.
Cancel on iPhone or iPad
Apple handles the billing for anything you subscribed to through the App Store, so the cancel button lives in your device settings.
- Open Settings and tap your name at the top of the screen.
- Tap Subscriptions. You’ll see every active and expired subscription tied to your Apple Account.
- Tap the Pilates Workout at Home entry, then tap Cancel Subscription.
If there’s no Cancel button and the expiration date shows in red, it’s already canceled.1Apple Support. If You Want to Cancel a Subscription from Apple Don’t have your device nearby? Cancel on Android
Google Play controls billing for Android subscriptions.
- Open the Google Play Store and tap your profile icon in the top right.
- Go to Payments & subscriptions, then Subscriptions.
- Select the Pilates Workout at Home subscription and tap Cancel subscription.
- Follow the prompts to confirm.
You can also go straight to play.google.com/store/account/subscriptions in any browser while signed into your Google account.3Google Play Help. Cancel, Pause, or Change a Subscription on Google Play
Cancel If You Signed Up on the Website
If you subscribed directly through the Pilates Workout at Home website rather than an app store, neither Apple nor Google can cancel for you. Log in with the email and password you used to register. Look for Account Settings, Membership, or Billing. The cancellation option is usually inside the billing section, not the profile page. Save or screenshot the confirmation after you cancel, since you won’t have an app store receipt as backup.
Deleting the App Doesn’t Cancel It
This catches people constantly. Removing the app from your phone deletes the software from your device and nothing else. The subscription still sits with Apple or Google, and the charges keep coming until you cancel through the steps above.3Google Play Help. Cancel, Pause, or Change a Subscription on Google Play
Free Trial Timing
Some plans come with a free trial. Apple requires you to cancel at least 24 hours before the trial expires to avoid being charged. Cancel 23 hours before and you still get billed. The same window applies to any discounted introductory rate that converts to full price.1Apple Support. If You Want to Cancel a Subscription from Apple
Set a calendar reminder for two days before the trial ends. That gives you breathing room. Once the trial converts, you’re in refund territory, and refunds aren’t guaranteed.
What You Keep After Canceling
Cancellation doesn’t lock you out immediately. You keep access to the Pilates content through the end of the billing period you already paid for. If you cancel three days into a monthly cycle, you still have the rest of the month. Neither Apple nor Google issues partial refunds for unused time on a standard cancellation, so canceling early in a cycle doesn’t save you anything versus canceling late.
If You Were Already Charged
If a charge went through after you thought you’d canceled, or a free trial quietly converted to a paid plan, you can request a refund from the platform that billed you.
Apple Refunds
Go to reportaproblem.apple.com and sign in. Tap “I’d like to,” select “Request a refund,” choose a reason, pick the specific charge, and submit. Apple says to allow 24 to 48 hours for a response. The charge has to be fully processed before you can request a refund, so wait for the receipt email if it still shows as pending.2Apple Support. Google Play Refunds
Go to play.google.com, click your profile picture, then Payments & subscriptions, then Budget & order history. Find the charge, click Report a problem, pick the option that fits, and submit. Google usually responds within one to four days. If more than 48 hours have passed since the purchase, Google may send you to the app developer instead.4Google Play Help. Disputing the Charge With Your Bank
If the app store refund process doesn’t resolve things, you have a second option through your card issuer. Federal law lets you dispute billing errors on a credit card by sending written notice to the issuer within 60 days of the statement showing the charge. The issuer has 30 days to acknowledge your dispute.5Consumer Financial Protection Bureau. How Do I Dispute a Charge on My Credit Card Bill
Try Apple or Google first. A chargeback through your bank can get your Apple or Google account flagged, which causes problems with future purchases. The bank dispute is the backup for when the platform refund doesn’t come through.
