How to Cancel Pixella AI Subscription on Any Device

To cancel your Pixella AI subscription, go to the place where you originally signed up: the Pixella AI website, the Apple App Store, or Google Play. Pixella AI can’t stop charges that Apple or Google bill on its behalf, so the cancellation has to happen in the same system that took your money. Deleting the app doesn’t cancel anything, and neither does letting a payment fail.

Cancel on the Pixella AI Website

If you signed up directly at pixella.ai, log in and open your account settings. Look for a Billing or Subscription section that shows your current plan and billing cycle, then use the Manage Subscription or Cancel option and confirm when prompted. You may see a short survey or a retention offer before the final step; skip past it to reach the confirmation screen.

Wait for the on-screen confirmation and the follow-up email before you close the tab. Take a screenshot as a backup. If the dashboard doesn’t show a clear cancel button, contact support directly (see below).

Cancel Through the Apple App Store

If you subscribed on an iPhone or iPad, Apple is handling the billing.

  • Open the Settings app.
  • Tap your name at the top.
  • Tap Subscriptions.
  • Tap Pixella AI in the list.
  • Tap Cancel Subscription. You may need to scroll down to find it.

If there’s no Cancel button, the subscription is already cancelled.1Apple Support. If You Want to Cancel a Subscription From Apple Access to paid features continues through the end of the billing period you already paid for.

Cancel Through Google Play

If you subscribed on Android through the Play Store, cancel there.

  • Open the Google Play Store app.
  • Tap your profile icon in the top right.
  • Tap Payments & subscriptions, then Subscriptions.
  • Tap Pixella AI.
  • Tap Cancel subscription and follow the prompts.

Do this at least 48 hours before your next renewal to avoid another charge.2Google Play Help. Cancel, Pause, or Change a Subscription on Google Play Access usually continues until the current period ends.

Contact Pixella AI Support

If the website won’t let you cancel, or you can’t find the option, email support@pixella.ai or use the form at pixella.ai/contact. Include your account email, describe the problem, and ask them to cancel the subscription and stop future charges. Support typically responds within one business day.

Use the same route to ask about a refund. Pixella AI doesn’t publish detailed refund terms on its public pages, so you’ll need to ask whether a recent charge qualifies. Include the date and approximate amount of the charge to speed things up.

What Happens After You Cancel

You should receive a confirmation email shortly after cancelling, whichever method you used. Save it. It’s the simplest proof you have if a charge shows up later. Paid features usually stay active until the end of the billing period, then the account drops to the free tier or loses access to premium tools.

One common mistake: assuming that deleting the app cancels the subscription. It doesn’t. If you signed up through Apple or Google, the billing relationship is with that platform, and it keeps running whether the app is installed or not. The cancellation has to happen in the platform’s subscription manager.

If Charges Keep Coming After You Cancel

If a new charge appears after you have a cancellation confirmation, you have options beyond writing to Pixella AI again.

You can tell your bank or card issuer to block future charges. Under the Electronic Fund Transfer Act, you can stop a preauthorized recurring electronic transfer by notifying your financial institution at least three business days before the next scheduled payment. The bank may ask you to follow up with written confirmation within 14 days.3Office of the Law Revision Counsel. 15 USC 1693e – Preauthorized Transfers This right covers debit cards and bank account drafts.

If a credit card charge has already posted and you believe it’s a billing error, the Fair Credit Billing Act gives you 60 days from the date on the statement containing the charge to dispute it in writing with the card issuer.4Office of the Law Revision Counsel. 15 USC 1666 – Correction of Billing Errors The written dispute needs your name, account number, the amount, and why you believe it’s an error, and it goes to the billing inquiry address on your statement, not the payment address. Most card issuers also accept disputes through their app or website, which is faster, but a written record protects your statutory rights.

Keep the cancellation confirmation email, any screenshots of the cancellation screen, and copies of the disputed charges. Those records are what separate a quick resolution from a drawn-out one.
