How to Cancel PlaylistSupply Subscription: PayPal and Refunds

To cancel your PlaylistSupply subscription, log into your account, open the billing or subscription tab in your settings, and click the cancel option. You’ll either cancel directly or be sent to a Stripe-hosted billing portal to confirm. Access continues until the end of the billing period you’ve already paid for, and no refund is issued for unused time.1PlaylistSupply. Terms and Conditions

Cancel From Your Account Settings

Sign in to PlaylistSupply and go to your account settings. Find the billing or subscription section, which shows your current plan and payment history, and select the cancel or manage subscription option. Stripe is PlaylistSupply’s primary payment processor, so you may be redirected to an external Stripe portal to finish the process.1PlaylistSupply. Terms and Conditions

Inside the Stripe portal, expect a short reason-for-canceling survey and possibly a discount offer to keep you subscribed. Neither is mandatory. Click past them, decline any coupon, and reach the final confirmation button.

When the success message appears, screenshot it. This matters more than people expect. A confirmation email usually follows, but screenshots are harder to argue with than a missing email if a charge shows up later.

Cancel the Billing Agreement in PayPal

If your subscription bills through PayPal, cancel the billing agreement there as well. Revoking it on PayPal’s side blocks future charges no matter what PlaylistSupply’s own system shows.2PayPal. Automatic Payment – Update Recurring Payments

  • Log into PayPal and open Settings.
  • Click Payments.
  • Select Subscriptions and saved businesses (sometimes labeled Automatic Payments).
  • Find PlaylistSupply or Innovation Syndicate LLC and select it.
  • Click Cancel to revoke the billing agreement.

Not sure which processor you used? Check a past charge on your bank or credit card statement and look at the merchant name.

Timing and Refunds

PlaylistSupply’s terms state that all fees are non-refundable except where required by law.1PlaylistSupply. Terms and Conditions There’s no proration for unused days, and the terms don’t describe a cooling-off window. Canceling the day after a renewal leaves you paying for the full period.

Cancel before your renewal date, not after. The terms don’t require advance notice, so even a few hours before renewal should stop the next charge. Access to the platform continues through the end of the cycle you already paid for. First-month pricing is discounted on the Basic and Viral plans, so a cancellation during your first month may show a lower final charge than the regular rate.3PlaylistSupply. If You’re Charged After Canceling

Email PlaylistSupply support with your confirmation screenshot and ask for a reversal. The terms don’t lay out a formal dispute process, so the support email is the direct channel.1PlaylistSupply. Terms and Conditions
