To cancel Pomegranate Health, open the app, tap the Profile icon, select Manage Subscriptions, and follow the prompts to confirm cancellation — or email support@joinpomegranate.com with a clear cancellation request. Do it at least 24 hours before your next billing date, screenshot the confirmation, and consider removing your stored payment method once the cancellation goes through. Membership, consultation, and medication fees are nonrefundable once charged, so the timing is what determines whether you walk away clean.1Pomegranate Health. Subscription Terms
Cancel in the App
Open Pomegranate Health and tap the Profile icon in the bottom-right corner. From the Profile page, select Manage Subscriptions. The app redirects you to a web page that asks for a cancellation reason. Choose one, and you’ll see a Cancel Plan button. Click it and confirm when prompted.1Pomegranate Health. Subscription Terms
Screenshot the confirmation screen before you close anything. Capture the date and any confirmation number shown. If a charge appears later that shouldn’t, that screenshot is the evidence that proves you canceled on time.
Cancel by Email or Phone
If the in-app flow fails or you want a written record from the start, email support@joinpomegranate.com or call 813-419-1189. Phone support runs Monday through Friday, 7 a.m. to 10 p.m. EST, and weekends 8 a.m. to 5 p.m. EST.1Pomegranate Health. Subscription Terms
For email, put “Cancellation Request” and your full name in the subject line. Include the email on your account and state plainly that you want to cancel your subscription effective at the end of the current billing period. Keep it short. A message that reads like a question or a complaint can be treated as a general inquiry rather than a termination. Save the sent copy and any reply.
The 24-Hour Deadline
Pomegranate requires cancellation at least 24 hours before your current subscription period ends. Miss that window and the subscription auto-renews with no refund.1Pomegranate Health. Subscription Terms There is no proration and no grace period.
Find the exact renewal date in your account or on your bank statement. Billing cycles vary by what you chose at signup: weekly, monthly, every six months, or annually. Count back at least two full days from the renewal date to give yourself a buffer. Submitting a cancellation the day before and hoping it processes in time is a bad bet.
There is no minimum commitment. You can cancel in your first cycle or your tenth, and you keep platform access through the end of the period you’ve already paid for.1Pomegranate Health. Subscription Terms
What You Won’t Get Back
Membership fees, one-time consultation fees, and medication fees are nonrefundable and nonreturnable. If your medication shipped before you canceled, that money is gone whether you’ve used it or not.1Pomegranate Health. Subscription Terms
Two other charges can hit around cancellation time. A $25 appointment cancellation fee applies if you cancel a scheduled appointment within 24 hours of its start. A $150 pharmacy coordination fee applies if you previously requested that your medication be sent to a specific pharmacy rather than the default.1Pomegranate Health. Subscription Terms
Request Your Medical Records First
Once your subscription ends, you lose access to the platform and anything stored there — clinical notes, lab results, prescription history. If you plan to continue treatment with another provider, request your records before you cancel. Federal law gives you the right to copies of medical records from any healthcare provider, including telehealth platforms, and that right doesn’t depend on keeping an active account.2eCFR. 45 CFR 164.524 – Access of Individuals to Protected Health Information
Submit the request in writing. The provider has 30 days to respond, with one possible 30-day extension if they notify you in writing. A reasonable cost-based fee for copying and mailing is allowed; electronic copies are usually cheaper. Ask for PDF or another standard format so a new provider can read them easily.2eCFR. 45 CFR 164.524 – Access of Individuals to Protected Health Information
Remove Your Payment Information
Canceling the subscription and removing your card are two different actions. Cancellation stops the next renewal. Your card details can sit on file afterward unless you delete them.
Look in your account settings for an option to remove or replace the payment method. If there is no self-service option, email support@joinpomegranate.com and explicitly ask that all stored payment credentials be deleted. If the company doesn’t comply, call your bank and ask for a merchant-specific block, which prevents new authorizations from Pomegranate without affecting the rest of your card.
When a Chargeback Makes Sense, and When It Doesn’t
The reflex after a bad charge is to dispute it with the bank. Pomegranate’s policy on that is aggressive. The company charges a $100 fee on your card for any chargeback it considers “fraudulent or frivolous” once the dispute resolves in its favor. If no card is on file to collect, the company says it will file suit in small claims court and may seek an additional $500 inconvenience fee plus legal costs.1Pomegranate Health. Subscription Terms
Better Business Bureau complaints describe the company recharging a card on file after losing a credit card dispute, effectively reversing the customer’s win. Whether that holds up in any given case depends on the facts, but filing a chargeback without solid documentation can cost more than the original charge.
A chargeback is still the right tool when you canceled on time, have proof, and were charged anyway. For credit cards, federal law gives you 60 days from the statement date to dispute a charge for goods or services not delivered as agreed.3Office of the Law Revision Counsel. 15 USC 1666 – Correction of Billing Errors For debit cards and bank account charges, report unauthorized transfers within 60 days of receiving your statement to limit your liability.4Consumer Financial Protection Bureau. 12 CFR 1005.6 – Liability of Consumer for Unauthorized Transfers Your cancellation confirmation is what makes or breaks either dispute.
If Cancellation Is Blocked
The FTC’s click-to-cancel rule requires subscription sellers to make cancellation as easy as signing up. If you enrolled online, the company must offer an online cancellation path and cannot force you to call or send a letter.5Federal Trade Commission. Federal Trade Commission Announces Final Click-to-Cancel Rule The rule also bars misrepresenting material terms and requires clear disclosure of negative option features before billing information is collected.6eCFR. 16 CFR Part 425 – Use of Prenotification Negative Option Plans
If a seller buries the cancellation option, ignores email requests, or adds obstacles, you can file a complaint at reportfraud.ftc.gov. The FTC doesn’t resolve individual disputes, but complaints feed enforcement patterns.
