How to Cancel Pulse Subscription on Any Device

To cancel a Pulse subscription, you have to go through whichever platform actually bills you, not through the Pulse app. If your charge comes from the App Store, you cancel in your iPhone settings. If it comes from Google Play, you cancel in the Play Store. If Pulse or PayPal bills you directly, you cancel on the Pulse website or in your PayPal account. Getting this wrong is the single most common reason people believe they canceled but keep seeing charges.

Find Out Where You’re Actually Being Billed

Pull up your bank or credit card statement and look at the merchant line on the Pulse charge. If it reads “Apple.com/bill,” the App Store handles the subscription. If it reads “Google Play,” Google handles it. If it shows Pulse directly or routes through PayPal, the merchant handles it. That line decides which set of steps below applies to you.

While you’re logged in, note your renewal date. Most platforms require cancellation at least 24 hours before the next renewal to keep you from being charged for another cycle.1Pulse SMS. Cancel on the Pulse Website

Log into your account and open account settings. Look for a billing, subscription, or plan tab, then select the option to cancel. The site walks you through a short exit flow and then a confirmation button. Once you confirm, the page should show a pending cancellation status with the date your access expires.

Don’t close the tab until you see that status. Take a screenshot, and check your email for a confirmation message. If the cancellation button is missing or won’t submit, contact Pulse support directly; addresses such as team@pulsegrow.com and info@pulsegrow.com have appeared in Pulse’s own billing documentation.

Cancel on an iPhone

An App Store subscription can’t be canceled from inside the Pulse app. Apple owns the billing relationship, so the cancellation lives in your iPhone settings.

  • Open Settings and tap your name at the top.
  • Tap Subscriptions.
  • Select Pulse from your active list.
  • Tap Cancel Subscription and confirm.

Cancel a PayPal Billing Agreement

If PayPal processes your Pulse charge, canceling on the Pulse website alone may not stop the recurring payment. Revoke the billing agreement in PayPal too.

  • Log into PayPal and open Settings.
  • Click Payments, then Subscriptions and Saved Businesses (sometimes labeled Automatic Payments).
  • Find the Pulse merchant entry and select it.
  • Click Cancel to end future automatic payments.

That closes the payment pipeline whether or not the merchant’s own system processed your request.6PayPal. What Is an Automatic Payment and How Do I Update or Cancel One

Free Trials and the 24-Hour Rule

Pulse offers a 14-day risk-free trial on some plans. Cancel inside that 14-day window and you qualify for a full refund to your original payment method within five to seven business days.7Pulse. Pulse Refund Policy After the window closes, Pulse’s published policy does not offer prorated refunds for partial cycles.

For subscriptions managed through the App Store or Google Play, the practical deadline is 24 hours before the trial converts. Miss it by an hour and you’re billed for the first full cycle. Set a calendar reminder a couple of days out.

Confirm the Cancellation Stuck

Save the confirmation email. If a billing dispute surfaces months later, that email is your strongest piece of evidence. Your account dashboard should also display the exact date your access ends, normally the last day of your current paid cycle; you keep premium features until that date.

Watch your statement for at least one full billing cycle after you cancel. A final charge that falls inside your last paid period is normal. A new charge after your access was supposed to end is not.

Export any data you want to keep before your access expires. Some Pulse products delete cloud-stored data from inactive accounts after as little as two months, and once deleted it cannot be recovered.8Pulse SMS. Pulse SMS – What Happens to Inactive Accounts

If the Charges Keep Coming

When a merchant bills you after cancellation, the legal tool depends on how you paid.

For debit cards and bank drafts, the Electronic Fund Transfer Act lets you stop a preauthorized recurring transfer by notifying your bank at least three business days before the next scheduled payment. The bank may ask for written confirmation within 14 days, but the oral notice itself triggers the stop.9Office of the Law Revision Counsel. 15 US Code 1693e – Preauthorized Transfers Call your bank, revoke authorization for the merchant, and follow up in writing.

For credit cards, the Fair Credit Billing Act lets you dispute the charge as a billing error when you were billed for a service you canceled and no longer received. Send a written dispute to the creditor’s billing address within 60 days of the statement showing the charge. Include your name, account number, the amount, and an explanation that you canceled. The creditor must acknowledge within 30 days and resolve within two billing cycles.10Office of the Law Revision Counsel. 15 US Code 1666 – Correction of Billing Errors

Keep your cancellation confirmation email, a screenshot of the dashboard status, and copies of the disputed charges. The people who lose these disputes are the ones who skipped the paperwork.
