To cancel Pulsetto Premium, go to the same place you originally subscribed: your iPhone’s Subscriptions settings if you signed up through the App Store, your Google Account’s subscriptions if you signed up through Google Play, or your account page at account.pulsetto.tech if you subscribed on the website. Canceling in the wrong place is the single most common reason people keep getting charged after they thought they were done.
Find Out Where You’re Being Billed
Check your email for the original purchase receipt, or look at the descriptor on your card statement. A charge from “Apple.com/bill” means you’re billed through Apple. “Google” or “Google Play” means Android. “Pulsetto” means you signed up directly on the website. You can also open the Pulsetto app, go to your profile, and look at your current plan — but the billing relationship itself lives with whichever store processed the first payment, and that’s where cancellation has to happen.
If you’re on a free trial, do this before the trial ends. The conversion to a paid subscription is automatic.
Cancel on iPhone
Apple handles the cancellation inside iOS Settings, not inside the Pulsetto app.
- Open Settings and tap your name at the top.
- Tap Subscriptions.
- Tap the Pulsetto subscription.
- Tap Cancel Subscription.
If you don’t see a Cancel button and instead see a red expiration message, the subscription has already been canceled.1Apple Support. If You Want to Cancel a Subscription From Apple Premium features stay available through the end of the billing period you’ve already paid for.
Cancel on Android
For Google Play subscriptions, you cancel through your Google Account.
- Open your device’s Settings app.
- Tap Google, then your name, then Manage your Google Account.
- Tap Payments & subscriptions, then Manage subscriptions.
- Find Pulsetto and follow the prompts to cancel.
Google will ask you to confirm. Once you do, the subscription stops renewing, and you keep premium access for the rest of the paid period.2Google Play Help. Cancel, Pause, or Change a Subscription on Google Play
Cancel on the Pulsetto Website
If you originally signed up on the Pulsetto site, neither Apple nor Google can help, and Pulsetto won’t show up in your phone’s subscription list. Log in at account.pulsetto.tech and open “My Subscription” to cancel.3Pulsetto. How Can I Cancel My Pulsetto Premium Subscription If the web portal gives you trouble, email info@pulsetto.tech and request cancellation directly.
This is the path people miss. Someone who subscribed on a desktop browser months ago often checks their phone’s subscription settings, doesn’t find Pulsetto listed, and assumes everything is fine. It isn’t. The billing lives on the website.
Confirm It Actually Canceled
Take thirty seconds to verify. On iPhone, go back into Settings, tap your name, then Subscriptions, and check that Pulsetto shows an expiration date instead of a renewal date. On Android, revisit Payments & subscriptions in your Google Account. For a website subscription, log back into account.pulsetto.tech and confirm the status changed.
A confirmation email should arrive within a few minutes if you canceled through Apple or Google. Keep it. If nothing shows up and nothing’s in your spam folder, go back and check that the cancellation registered.
What You Keep After Canceling
The device still works. The free version of the Pulsetto app covers the basic features and core programs; Premium unlocks additional programs and features on top of that.4Pulsetto. Do I Need to Purchase Premium to Use Pulsetto Users have noted that a substantial portion of app content sits behind the paywall, so the free experience is noticeably more limited.
Canceling stops future charges. It doesn’t cut off access immediately. If you cancel with ten days left in the month you’ve paid for, those ten days are still yours.
If You Want a Refund, Too
Cancellation and refund are separate. Cancellation stops the next charge; a refund returns money you’ve already paid, and whether you can get one depends on the platform.
Apple
Go to reportaproblem.apple.com, sign in, choose “Request a refund,” pick a reason, and select the Pulsetto charge. Apple typically reviews within 48 hours, approval isn’t guaranteed, and eligibility varies by region.5Apple Support. Request a Refund for Apps or Content That You Bought From Apple You can’t request a refund while a charge is still pending — wait for the receipt email first.
Google Play
Google’s policies are more restrictive. Partial refunds for unused subscription time are generally only offered in a handful of countries. For an unauthorized charge, you have up to 120 days to report it.6Google Play Help. Learn About Google Play Refund Policies For an ordinary change of mind, act quickly after the charge posts.
Direct From Pulsetto
If you subscribed on the website, email info@pulsetto.tech with your account details and the reason. Pulsetto’s annual Premium plan is listed at about $139, roughly $10.75 per month.7Pulsetto. 12 Months of Premium Stress Relief and Sleep Whether Pulsetto prorates refunds for unused months isn’t spelled out in its public documentation, so you’ll need to ask.
Returning the Device Is a Different Process
Canceling Premium does not return the hardware, and returning the hardware does not cancel Premium. If you want to send the device back, Pulsetto offers a 30-day return window from the date the device arrives.8Pulsetto. What Can I Do if I’m Not Satisfied With the Product You pay return shipping, which users have reported at around $8, deducted from the refund. If you’re doing both, start them in parallel. Letting the 30-day return window close while you sort out the subscription is an avoidable expense.
