To cancel your Puur Smile subscription, wait until at least 14 days after your original order date, then submit a cancellation through your online account, by email to support@puursmile.com, or by phone at +1 (786) 224-5801. Subscriptions auto-renew every 30 days at the non-promotional rate, so the sooner you act after that 14-day mark, the less you pay.1PuurSmile. Shipping Policy
The 14-Day Wait Comes First
Puur Smile will not process a cancellation request until 14 days have passed since your initial order. The company describes this as time to try the complimentary oral kit and free gifts included with enrollment. After day 14, you can cancel any time; before it, you cannot.1PuurSmile. Shipping Policy

Three Ways to Cancel
Puur Smile’s shipping policy points customers to the online account portal. Complaints filed with the Better Business Bureau, though, show a pattern of customers whose online cancellations didn’t actually stop the charges. Using more than one method and keeping written proof of each attempt is the safer approach.
Online Account Portal
Log in at Puur Smile’s subscription management page using the email address on your order.2PuurSmile. Subscription Page Find “Manage Subscriptions” or “Billing,” and follow the prompts to the final confirmation screen. Screenshot every step, especially the confirmation page. That screenshot is your evidence if the system fails silently or the company later says you never canceled.
Send a message from the email address tied to your account to support@puursmile.com.3PuurSmile. Contact Us Use a subject line like “Cancel Subscription – [Your Order Number].” In the body, include your full name, the account email, your order number from the original confirmation email, and a clear statement that you want all future recurring charges stopped immediately. Email creates a timestamped record.
Phone
Call +1 (786) 224-5801 between 9 AM and 5 PM Eastern, Monday through Friday.3PuurSmile. Contact Us Note the date, time, and name of the representative you speak with. Ask for a confirmation email or cancellation number before ending the call. If you’re offered a discount or retention pitch, a firm “no, please process the cancellation” is enough. You don’t have to negotiate.
If you want to be thorough, cancel through the portal and send the email. Two points of contact means two pieces of evidence.
Returning Products for a Refund
Stopping future shipments and getting money back on products you’ve already received are separate processes. Puur Smile accepts returns within 30 days of the delivery date and applies a 10% restocking fee. That fee covers the prepaid shipping label the company provides, so there’s no separate return postage.4PuurSmile. Returns and Refunds
To start a return, email support@puursmile.com or call the phone number above and request a return authorization. A support agent sends the prepaid label. Ship the product back in its original packaging, and once the return is processed, the refund goes to your original payment method minus the 10% fee.4PuurSmile. Returns and Refunds
The 30-day window runs from delivery, not from your return request. If you’ve had a shipment sitting for three weeks, handle the return the same day you cancel.
After You Cancel
Puur Smile should send a confirmation email acknowledging the cancellation. Save it. If nothing arrives within a few business days, follow up with another email referencing your original cancellation date and ask for written confirmation. Without that email, you have no proof.
Watch your bank or credit card statements for at least two full billing cycles after canceling. BBB complaints against Puur Smile include customers who were charged again after being told the subscription was canceled. If an unauthorized charge appears, your next step depends on how you paid.
Credit Card Charges
Contact your card issuer and dispute the charge as unauthorized. Provide the cancellation confirmation email, portal screenshots, or any other documentation showing you ended the subscription before the charge posted. Federal law lets you dispute billing errors on credit cards, and a charge that continues after a documented cancellation qualifies.
Debit Card or Bank Account Charges
If Puur Smile debits your checking account, the Electronic Fund Transfer Act gives you a separate right to stop those payments. You can order your bank to block future preauthorized transfers by notifying them at least three business days before the next scheduled charge. The bank can take that notice by phone, though it may require written follow-up within 14 days.5Office of the Law Revision Counsel. 15 USC 1693e – Preauthorized Transfers
A stop payment order at your bank blocks the money but does not cancel the subscription itself. Unpaid invoices can still be sent to collections. Use the stop payment alongside a direct cancellation, not in place of one.
If Puur Smile Won’t Cancel
Some customers report calling, emailing, and using the portal without getting a real cancellation. If that happens, escalate.
Send a cancellation demand by certified mail to the company’s business address: 8255 NW 66th St, Miami, FL 33166-2721. Certified mail through USPS provides a delivery receipt, which is hard evidence the company received your request. Keep the receipt and a copy of the letter.
File a complaint with the FTC at reportfraud.ftc.gov. The FTC’s Click-to-Cancel rule requires companies selling subscriptions to provide a cancellation process at least as simple as sign-up. A company that makes signing up easy but canceling difficult is violating that rule.6Federal Trade Commission. Federal Trade Commission Announces Final Click-to-Cancel Rule Making It Easier for Consumers to End Recurring Subscriptions and Memberships Individual complaints don’t trigger immediate refunds, but they build the record the agency uses to act against companies with patterns of abuse.
If a charge posted after you canceled and Puur Smile won’t refund it, dispute the charge with your bank or card issuer. Bring your documentation: cancellation email, portal screenshots, certified mail receipt, and any company responses. The stronger the paper trail, the faster the reversal.
