How to Cancel Reface Subscription: iPhone, Android & Web

To cancel a Reface subscription, go back to wherever you signed up: the Apple App Store on an iPhone or iPad, the Google Play Store on Android, or the Reface website if you subscribed directly. Each path takes about two minutes. Deleting the app from your phone does not stop the charges, because the subscription is held by Apple, Google, or Reface, not by the app on your device.1Google Play Help. If you’re not sure which platform billed you, check your bank statement. A charge from “Apple.com/bill” went through Apple. A charge labeled “Google” went through the Play Store. A charge directly from Reface means you subscribed on the website.

App Store subscriptions are managed in your device settings, not inside the Reface app.

  • Open Settings and tap your name at the top.
  • Tap Subscriptions.
  • Tap Reface, then tap Cancel Subscription and confirm.

If there’s no cancel button, or you see red text saying the subscription has already expired, it’s already canceled and you don’t need to do anything else.2Apple Support. If You Want to Cancel a Subscription From Apple

One thing to watch if you signed up for a free trial: you need to cancel at least 24 hours before the trial ends, or Apple will charge you for the first paid cycle.2Apple Support. If You Want to Cancel a Subscription From Apple

Cancel on Android

Google Play subscriptions are handled inside the Play Store app, not in your phone’s main settings.

  • Open the Google Play Store and tap your profile icon in the top right.
  • Tap Payments & Subscriptions, then Subscriptions.
  • Select Reface, tap Cancel subscription, and follow the prompts.

Google may ask why you’re canceling. Pick any reason or skip it. Once confirmed, the subscription status changes to show it won’t renew.1Google Play Help. Cancel, Pause, or Change a Subscription on Google Play

Cancel a Web Subscription

If you subscribed on the Reface website, cancel from inside the app itself.

  • Open Reface and go to your Profile from the bottom menu.
  • Tap the settings icon in the top right and sign in with your Reface account.
  • Tap Support, then Cancel Subscription.

If nothing shows up, you may be on a lifetime plan that doesn’t renew. You can also email hello@reface.ai for help.3Reface. How to Cancel Your Subscription

Deleting the App Won’t Cancel Anything

This is the mistake people make most often. Uninstalling Reface removes the app from your phone, but the subscription keeps running under your Apple ID, Google account, or Reface account, and your card keeps getting charged. You have to go through the steps above even if the app is already gone.1Google Play Help. Cancel, Pause, or Change a Subscription on Google Play

What Happens After You Cancel

Canceling stops future charges. It doesn’t cut off access right away. You keep Reface Pro features until the end of the billing period you already paid for, and then the account drops back to the free version. Both Apple and Google show the exact expiration date in your subscription settings.

Canceling also doesn’t refund the current period automatically. A refund is a separate request.

If Reface Doesn’t Show Up in Your Subscriptions

Before assuming it was already canceled, check that you’re signed into the right account. On iPhone, some people use one Apple ID for iCloud and a different one for App Store purchases, so check subscriptions under each. Viewing your subscription list on a Mac or through iTunes on a PC can also help, since it sometimes appears in one place before another.2Apple Support. On Android, if you have several Google accounts on the device, open the Play Store, tap your profile icon, and use the dropdown to switch accounts. The subscription only appears under the account that made the purchase.1Google Play Help. Cancel, Pause, or Change a Subscription on Google Play

Getting a Refund

Refund requests go to the platform that billed you.

For Apple, go to reportaproblem.apple.com, sign in, choose “I’d like to,” select “Request a refund,” pick a reason, find the Reface charge, and submit. Apple reviews each request individually.4Apple Support. Request a Refund for Apps or Content That You Bought From Apple

For Google Play, refund policies depend on the purchase type and the developer’s own rules. Unauthorized charges can be reported up to 120 days from the transaction date. Standard subscription refunds go through the Play Store’s help pages.5Google Play Help. Learn About Google Play Refund Policies

For web subscriptions, Reface handles refunds directly. An initial purchase must be disputed within 30 days, and you can’t have used the service heavily after the charge. For a renewal, the window is 48 hours from the renewal charge, and you must not have used the app since it renewed. Send your invoice to hello@reface.ai.6Reface. Reface FAQ
