How to Cancel Reframe App: Apple, Google Play, and Refunds

To cancel the Reframe app, go to the same place that took your money: iPhone Settings if you signed up through the App Store, the Google Play Store if you signed up on Android, or the Reframe app itself if you subscribed directly on the company’s website. Picking the wrong path is the single most common reason people believe they canceled but keep getting charged, and deleting the app from your phone does not stop billing.

Find Out Who Is Actually Billing You

Check your bank or credit card statement before you tap anything. A descriptor like “APPLE.COM/BILL” means Apple is handling the subscription. A line referencing Google or Google Play means it runs through the Play Store. If neither name appears and the charge comes from Reframe directly, you signed up through the company’s own system.

You can confirm the same thing inside the app. Open Reframe, go to the Me tab, tap the settings gear, and look at your subscription details. If that screen sends you off to the App Store or Google Play, that’s your billing platform, and Reframe itself cannot cancel on your behalf.

Cancel Through Apple on iPhone

Open Settings and tap your name at the top to reach your Apple ID. Tap Subscriptions, which lists every active subscription on your Apple account. Select Reframe, tap Cancel Subscription, and confirm.

Apple requires cancellation at least 24 hours before the end of your current billing period. Miss that window and Apple charges the next cycle; your cancellation then takes effect when that paid period ends.1Apple Support. If You Want to Cancel a Subscription From Apple

Cancel Through Google Play on Android

Android subscriptions live in the Play Store, not in your phone’s general settings. Open the Play Store app, tap your profile icon in the top right, go to Payments & subscriptions, then tap Subscriptions. Find Reframe, select it, and tap Cancel subscription.

Google will ask you to confirm and may offer to pause the subscription instead. Follow the remaining prompts to finish.2Google Play Help. Cancel, Pause, or Change a Subscription on Google Play

Cancel a Direct Reframe Subscription

If your subscription doesn’t appear in the App Store or Google Play, you subscribed directly through Reframe. Open the app, go to the Me tab, tap the settings gear, open Subscription, and tap Cancel Subscription.3Reframe. Frequently Asked Questions

If you can’t log in or can’t reach that screen, Reframe’s support team can cancel for you. Email support@reframeapp.com and include the email address you signed up with so they can locate the account.4Reframe App. Contact Us

Watch the Free Trial Clock

Reframe offers a 7-day free trial for new users. If you don’t cancel before it ends, the subscription converts automatically and your payment method is charged. On Apple, the renewal is processed 24 hours before the trial period ends, so waiting until the final day on an iPhone can already be too late.5Apple. Reframe: Drink Less and Thrive

Cancel a day or two early. You keep access through the rest of the trial either way, and you can re-subscribe later if you change your mind.

Deleting the App Does Nothing

Removing Reframe from your phone has no effect on your billing. The subscription sits with Apple, Google, or Reframe’s own system, not on the device. Reframe’s FAQ warns about this directly: you have to cancel through one of the paths above, or the charges continue.3Reframe. Frequently Asked Questions If you deleted the app months ago and only now spotted the charges, cancel through the correct platform first and then look at a refund.

Confirm the Cancellation Went Through

Verify it after you tap. On iPhone, return to Settings, tap your name, then Subscriptions; Reframe should now show an expiration date instead of a renewal date. On Android, the same Google Play subscription screen should display a Canceled label.1Apple Support. If You Want to Cancel a Subscription From Apple

You keep premium access until the end of the period you already paid for. Cancel on day four of a monthly plan and you still have the rest of that month. When the period ends, the account drops to the limited free version and no further charges post.

Getting a Refund for Past Charges

Canceling stops future billing. It does not undo a charge that already hit. The refund route depends on who processed the payment.

For Apple, go to reportaproblem.apple.com, sign in with your Apple ID, choose Request a refund, pick a reason, and select the Reframe charge. Apple typically responds within 48 hours.6Apple Support. Request a Refund for Apps or Content That You Bought From Apple

For Google Play, use Google’s refund request flow on the Play support page. Policies vary by purchase date and location, and unauthorized charges can be reported within 120 days of the transaction.7Google Play Help. Learn About Google Play Refund Policies

For direct Reframe subscriptions, email support@reframeapp.com. Reframe’s general policy treats subscription charges as non-refundable, though exceptions may apply if you ask within 14 days or where required by law. Reaching out quickly improves your odds.

If You’re Being Blocked From Canceling

The FTC’s Click-to-Cancel rule requires subscription sellers to make canceling as simple as signing up. Companies cannot route you through retention calls, hidden menus, or extra hoops to end a subscription.8Federal Trade Commission. If Reframe or an intermediary makes the process unreasonably difficult, you can file a complaint at ftc.gov. Disputing the charge with your bank or card issuer is a last resort; using the normal cancellation channels first strengthens your position if a dispute becomes necessary.
