How to Cancel Sketchify Subscription on iPhone, Android, or PayPal

To cancel a Sketchify subscription, go into the account you used to sign up — Apple, Google Play, or PayPal — and turn off the recurring charge there. The Sketchify app itself has no cancel button, and uninstalling it will not stop the billing.

Why Deleting the App Doesn’t Stop the Charges

This is where most people get caught. If you subscribed through the Apple App Store or Google Play, the subscription lives with your Apple or Google account, not inside the Sketchify app. You can remove the app from your phone today and keep getting billed every week, month, or year until you cancel through your account settings.1Google Play Help. Cancel on iPhone or iPad

If you signed up through Apple:

  • Open Settings and tap your name at the top.
  • Tap Subscriptions. You’ll see every active and expired subscription on your Apple account.
  • Select Sketchify.
  • Tap Cancel Subscription. If there’s no cancel button, or you see an expiration notice in red, the subscription is already canceled.

Access to premium features continues through the end of the current billing period, and Apple will not charge you again after that date.2Apple Support. If You Want to Cancel a Subscription From Apple

Google Play subscriptions are handled through the Play Store, not your general phone settings:

  • Open the Google Play app and tap your profile icon in the top right.
  • Tap Payments and subscriptions, then Subscriptions.
  • Select Sketchify from your active subscriptions.
  • Tap Cancel subscription and follow the prompts.

Cancel Through PayPal

If Sketchify charges hit your PayPal account rather than coming through an app store, cancel the automatic payment in PayPal itself. On the website, go to Settings, then Payments, then Subscriptions and saved businesses. Find the Sketchify merchant entry and cancel the automatic payment there.3PayPal. Confirm the Cancellation Went Through

Go back into the same subscription settings and check that Sketchify shows as canceled or expired rather than active. On Apple, a canceled subscription displays an expiration date in place of a renewal date. On Google Play, it moves to a canceled state with a note about when access ends.

Look for a confirmation email from Apple or Google, and watch your bank or card statement across the next billing cycle. Weekly subscribers only need to wait about a week. For monthly or annual plans, mark the renewal date and check again when that day passes.

Getting a Refund

Canceling stops future charges but does not refund what you’ve already been billed. Where you ask for a refund depends on how you paid.

For Apple purchases, use Apple’s Report a Problem page at reportaproblem.apple.com rather than contacting Sketchify. For Google Play, Google notes that reaching out to the app developer is often the fastest route for purchase disputes.4Google Play Help. If Charges Keep Appearing After You Cancel

If the billing continues, the FTC recommends disputing the charge (a chargeback) with your credit or debit card issuer. You can start the dispute through your card’s online account or by calling the number on the back of the card, and following up in writing to the issuer’s billing dispute address is worth doing.5Federal Trade Commission.
