How to Cancel SkinnyFit Subscription and Stop Charges

To cancel a SkinnyFit subscription, log in to SkinnyFit’s customer portal or email hello@skinnyfit.com with your name, account email, and order number, and do it at least 24 hours before your next scheduled shipment to avoid another charge. Subscriptions renew every 30 days. If you bought through Amazon Subscribe & Save, you have to cancel inside Amazon instead.

Cancel Through the Online Portal

SkinnyFit runs two portals, and which one you use depends on your order number. Check your order confirmation email first.

  • account.skinnyfit.com for most orders.
  • portal.skinnyfit.com if your order number starts with “SF.”

Log in with the email on your order, open your active subscription, and work through the cancellation screens.1SkinnyFit. Manage My Subscription The portal may show retention offers or ask why you’re leaving. Keep clicking until the status reads canceled. If you stop before the final confirmation page, the subscription stays active and bills again.

Cancel by Email

If you’d rather skip the portal, email hello@skinnyfit.com and ask them to cancel. Include your full name, the email address on the account, and your order number so support can find the subscription.2SkinnyFit. Manage My Subscription SkinnyFit’s manage-subscription page also links to a pre-filled cancellation email you can send without drafting one.

Email gives you a written record, which helps if a charge is disputed later. Wait for a reply confirming the cancellation. Silence is not confirmation. If nothing comes back within a couple of business days, follow up or cancel through the portal.

Cancel an Amazon Subscribe & Save Order

If you bought SkinnyFit through Amazon Subscribe & Save, SkinnyFit cannot stop that subscription. It lives entirely inside your Amazon account. To cancel:

  • Open “Your Subscribe & Save Items” in your Amazon account.
  • Go to the “Subscriptions” tab.
  • Click the SkinnyFit product or the “Edit” button next to it.
  • Choose “Cancel subscription,” then confirm with “Cancel my subscription.”

Cancel before the “Last day to update this order” date shown on your Subscribe & Save page. Once an order enters the shipping process, Amazon won’t stop it, and you’d have to request a return instead.3Amazon. Cancel Your Subscribe and Save Subscription

The 24-Hour Deadline Before Your Next Shipment

SkinnyFit requires cancellation at least 24 hours before your next scheduled shipment date. Miss that window and the next cycle bills.1SkinnyFit. Manage My Subscription If the order has already processed, it cannot be canceled, though you can still return it under the refund policy.

Your next shipment date is listed in the portal. Don’t push it to the final day. Email response times and portal hiccups can swallow the 24 hours. A few days of buffer is safer.

Refunds After You Cancel

SkinnyFit offers a 365-day money-back guarantee, but it covers only your most recent order, not every order placed in the past year. You return the unused portion within 365 days of the original order date.4Skinny Fit. Terms and Conditions

How the return works:

  • Email hello@skinnyfit.com to request a return. SkinnyFit sends a Return Merchandise Authorization (RMA) number and a prepaid return shipping label.
  • Use the label they provide. SkinnyFit’s shipping department does not accept packages without the return label, and packages marked “Return to Sender” are not processed.
  • Ship with tracking so you can prove delivery.
  • Expect a refund minus the original shipping charges, credited back to the payment method you used.

One catch: once an order enters SkinnyFit’s warehouse system, it can’t be canceled.5SkinnyFit. Help Center If you cancel right after placing an order, you may have to wait for it to arrive and then return it.

If Charges Keep Coming After You Cancel

Watch your statements for at least one full 30-day billing cycle after you cancel. A charge inside that window can mean the cancellation didn’t go through.6Skinny Fit. Terms and Conditions

If a charge posts after you have a confirmed cancellation, email hello@skinnyfit.com with the confirmation and ask for a reversal. If that fails, dispute the charge with your card issuer. Under the Fair Credit Billing Act, you have 60 days from the date the charge appears on your statement to submit a written dispute, and an unauthorized charge counts as a billing error.7Office of the Law Revision Counsel. 15 USC 1666 – Correction of Billing Errors You can also ask your bank to block further charges from the merchant.

If you believe the cancellation process itself was made unreasonably difficult, you can file a complaint with the FTC at ftc.gov/complaint.8Federal Trade Commission. The FTC’s Click to Cancel Rule
