How to Cancel SmileActives Subscription Online or by Phone

To cancel a SmileActives subscription, log in to the Customer Portal and cancel from your subscription settings, or call Customer Care at 1-800-207-8952. Do it at least 36 hours before your next scheduled shipment, or that order will still go out and you’ll be charged. If you subscribed through Amazon or QVC, you have to cancel through that platform because SmileActives cannot modify third-party subscriptions.

Cancel Online Through the Customer Portal

The fastest route is the SmileActives Customer Portal. Log in, open your subscription or membership settings, and follow the prompts to cancel. That stops all future replenishment deliveries and ends your member pricing.

One thing that trips people up: buying a membership does not automatically create a portal login. If you never set one up after your original purchase, go to the Customer Portal login page and create access using the email address tied to your order before you try to cancel.

If you change your mind later, you can start a new membership from scratch.

Cancel by Phone

If the portal isn’t working or you’d rather talk to someone, call SmileActives Customer Care at 1-800-207-8952. The line is open seven days a week, 7:00 AM to 10:00 PM Eastern. Ask for a cancellation confirmation number or a confirmation email during the call. Write down the date, time, and name of the representative. If a charge shows up later, that record is what you’ll need.

The 36-Hour Shipping Cutoff

SmileActives requires cancellations and order changes at least 36 hours before a shipment ships. Inside that window, the system treats the order as already in progress, and your cancellation will not stop it. You’ll be charged, the package will arrive, and your only recourse is returning it under the 60-day guarantee.

Your Customer Portal shows the approximate date of the next scheduled shipment. Check it well ahead of time. If you’re close to the cutoff and can’t tell from the portal whether you’ve missed it, call Customer Care rather than guessing.

Replenishment shipments arrive roughly every three months and continue indefinitely until you cancel.

If You Signed Up Through Amazon or QVC

SmileActives customer service cannot cancel a subscription that was placed through a third-party retailer. The billing sits with the platform that took your order.

Amazon Subscribe and Save

Open the “Manage Your Subscriptions” page in your Amazon account, find the SmileActives item, and choose “Cancel Subscription.” Amazon lets you cancel at any time, but each charge is submitted when the item ships, so check the “Manage Your Deliveries” page for the last date you can cancel or skip the next delivery before being billed.

QVC Auto-Delivery

On QVC’s website or app, go to “My Account,” then “Manage Auto-Delivery Orders,” and under Plan Details choose “Cancel All Future Shipments.” You may need to create a QVC account password first. You can also call QVC Customer Service at 888-345-5788. QVC cancellations take effect immediately unless the shipment has already entered the shipping process.

The 60-Day Money-Back Guarantee

SmileActives offers a 60-day money-back guarantee from the date you receive a product. Containers can be returned within that window for a refund of the purchase price, and they don’t need to be full. Your refund is reduced by the original shipping and handling, and you pay return shipping yourself.

Send returns to:

Smileactives Returns
6390 Commerce Court
Groveport, OH 43125

This is the fallback when a shipment goes out before your cancellation takes effect. Refunds go back to the original payment method.

If You’re Charged After Canceling

First, check whether the charge matches a shipment that was already in process when you canceled. If it does, return the product under the 60-day guarantee. If there’s no matching shipment, or you believe the charge is an error, call Customer Care at 1-800-207-8952 with your cancellation confirmation details and ask for a reversal.

If SmileActives doesn’t resolve it, dispute the charge with your credit card issuer. Under the Fair Credit Billing Act, you have 60 days from the date the bill containing the error was sent to submit a written dispute. Send your letter to the billing inquiries address on your statement, not the payment address. Include your account number, the charge amount, and why the charge is wrong. The issuer must acknowledge your dispute within 30 days and resolve it within 90 days. While the investigation is open, you don’t have to pay the disputed amount.
