To cancel a Splendies subscription, log into your account and use the cancel option in the subscription settings, or email team@splendies.com. Do it before the 11th of the month. That’s when every plan renews automatically, and once billing processes, the shipment is already on its way.
Cancel Through Your Account
The member portal is the fastest route. Sign in with the email and password you used when you subscribed, open the “Update Your Information” section, and click “Edit.” Scroll to the bottom and click “Cancel Subscription.”1Splendies Knowledge Base. How Do I Cancel My Subscription?
Watch the last step. Before the cancellation finalizes, Splendies offers to let you skip future months instead. Choosing “skip” is not the same as canceling, so continue past that offer if you want the subscription ended.
Cancel by Email
If the portal gives you trouble or you want a written record, send a cancellation request to team@splendies.com.2Splendies. Splendies Terms and Conditions Include your full name and the email address on the account so support can find it. Keep the sent message in case you need it for a later billing dispute.
Email cancellations follow the same deadline. A request that arrives on or after the 11th will not stop that month’s charge or shipment, so send it a few days early to allow for processing time.
Mind the 11th of the Month
Every Splendies plan renews on the 11th.3Splendies. Splendies – Home Cancel on that date or after, and the charge has already gone through and a final package will ship. Fulfillment starts as soon as billing processes, so there is no window to reverse it on Splendies’ end. A buffer of several days is the safe move.
One thing to know if you prepaid: prepaid bundles covering three, six, or twelve months are paid in full at checkout, and canceling mid-term will not trigger a refund for unused months.4Splendies. Subscribe – Splendies Month-to-month cancellations are the clean case.
Confirm the Cancellation Went Through
Do not assume it worked. Look for a confirmation email, and log back into your account to see that the subscription shows canceled. If neither shows up within a day or two, follow up through the Splendies contact page or email.
Then watch your bank or credit card statement through the next billing cycle. A charge caught early is far easier to reverse than months of charges spotted later.
If You’re Charged After Canceling
Contact Splendies first and point to the date you canceled. If that doesn’t resolve it, you have outside options.
For debit card payments, federal law lets you stop preauthorized electronic transfers by notifying your bank or credit union at least three business days before the scheduled transfer. The notice can be oral or in writing, and the bank may ask for written confirmation within 14 days of a phone call.5Office of the Law Revision Counsel. United States Code Title 15 – Section 1693e Banks commonly charge between $20 and $35 to process a stop-payment order, so treat this as a last resort.
For credit card payments, contact your card issuer and dispute the charge as unauthorized. Credit card disputes generally carry stronger protections than debit disputes, and most issuers will issue a provisional credit while they investigate.
The FTC’s click-to-cancel rule, fully effective in July 2025, requires subscription sellers to make cancellation at least as easy as signing up and prohibits charging consumers after they have requested cancellation.6Federal Trade Commission. Not Ready to Cancel? You Can Skip a Month
If a pause is what you actually want, Splendies lets you skip individual months from the same account page, but skip requests must be completed before the 8th of the month. Deleting Your Account and Personal Data
Canceling stops future charges and shipments. It does not delete your account or the personal information Splendies holds. For that, send a separate request to team@splendies.com or use the contact form on the site.8Splendies. Privacy Policy Splendies states it will handle deletion requests in accordance with applicable data protection laws, so response times and what gets deleted may depend on which privacy laws cover you.
