What Happens After You Cancel
You keep full access to Starz through the end of your current billing period. If your renewal date was July 15 and you cancel on July 2, you can still stream through July 15.2STARZ Support. How to Cancel STARZ Through an Apple Subscription
To confirm it worked, return to Settings, your name, Subscriptions. The STARZ entry should now show an expiration date instead of a renewal date. Cancel a Free Trial Before the Charge Hits

Canceling early doesn’t cut off the trial. You still get the remaining days, so there’s no reason to wait. If you only wanted to sample the service, cancel the same day you sign up.
If Starz Isn’t in Your Apple Subscriptions List
If STARZ doesn’t appear under Subscriptions, you didn’t sign up through Apple, and there’s nothing to cancel on your iPhone. Check your bank or card statement to see who actually billed you. The merchant name points you to the right place:

- An Amazon charge means Starz is a Prime Video channel. Cancel it under Your Subscriptions in your Amazon account.

Refunds for a Charge You Didn’t Want
If Apple already billed you for a renewal you meant to cancel, go to reportaproblem.apple.com, sign in with your Apple Account, find the Starz charge, and select Request a Refund. Family Sharing Caveat
If the Starz subscription is shared through Apple’s Family Sharing, only the person who bought it can cancel. Other family members won’t see a cancel option in their own settings.
