Cancel Through the Apple App Store
On an iPhone or iPad, open Settings, tap your name, then tap Subscriptions. Find Surfshark, tap it, and tap Cancel Subscription. Cancel Through Google Play

Get a Refund Under the 30-Day Guarantee

- The guarantee covers your initial subscription period only. If the plan has already renewed, you’re not eligible.
- Surfshark limits refunds to one per customer, so a previous refund rules out a second.

- Purchases through unauthorized resellers have to be refunded by the original seller, not Surfshark.
Delete Your Account Entirely
Turning off auto-renewal stops future charges but leaves your account, email, and payment history on file.
