How to Cancel the Verizon Disney Bundle: Website, App, or Phone

To cancel the Verizon Disney Bundle, sign in to the My Verizon app or website as the account owner, open your plan perks, select the Disney Bundle tile, and tap Unsubscribe. Before you confirm, check whether you have the $10/month paid perk or an older free promotional bundle. Canceling a legacy promotional bundle is permanent: Verizon will not let you re-add it later unless it comes bundled with a qualifying Unlimited plan.1Verizon. Check Which Bundle You Have First

Verizon offers Disney+, Hulu, and ESPN+ in two forms: a paid $10/month perk on eligible Unlimited and Home Internet plans, and older promotional subscriptions that came free with certain plans.2Verizon Support. Disney+, Hulu, ESPN+ (W/Ads) Perk With Select Mobile and Home Plans FAQs Log in to My Verizon and look under “My products & plan perks” to see which one you have.

The paid perk can be removed and added back later as long as you stay on an eligible plan. A legacy free bundle cannot. If you only want a short break from streaming, canceling a free bundle gives up a benefit you can’t reclaim.1Verizon. My Verizon Website – Remove Disney Bundle

When Your Streaming Actually Stops

Timing depends on which bundle you canceled. For promotional subscriptions, Disney+ and ESPN+ access ends immediately. Hulu also ends immediately, unless you were already paying Hulu directly before the promotion, in which case your old direct subscription resumes and Hulu bills you going forward.7Verizon. Disney+ and the Disney+ Premium, Hulu, and ESPN+ Bundle Terms

For the $10/month paid perk canceled after any promotional period, access continues through the end of your current billing cycle.7Verizon. Disney+ and the Disney+ Premium, Hulu, and ESPN+ Bundle Terms

Your Disney+, Hulu, and ESPN+ accounts are not deleted. They stay in place without an active subscription, and you can resubscribe directly through Disney later if you want.

Avoiding Surprise Charges After You Cancel

This is where people get caught. If you had a direct Disney+ or Hulu subscription before activating the Verizon bundle, that old subscription may have been paused rather than canceled. When the Verizon perk drops, the paused subscription can reactivate and start billing the payment method Disney has on file.

After canceling in My Verizon, log in at disneyplus.com and hulu.com. Open the Billing or Subscription section on each, look for any active subscription you didn’t intend to restart, and cancel it directly. Remove stored payment methods you don’t want charged.

Then watch your next Verizon bill. If the $10 perk charge is still there, flag it quickly. Catching a lingering charge on the next statement is much easier than disputing it later.

If You Switch Plans Instead of Canceling

Changing to a plan that doesn’t support the perk is not the same as canceling, and the result depends on your bundle type. For promotional “on us” subscriptions, downgrading to a non-qualifying plan converts the free bundle into a paid subscription you’ll be charged for going forward. The exception is New Mexico, where moving to a non-qualifying plan automatically cancels the promotional bundle outright.8Verizon Support. Disney+ Premium, Hulu, ESPN+ Promotional Subscription FAQs For the $10 paid perk, switching off an eligible plan removes access to the perk, and you can’t re-add it until you return to a qualifying tier.2Verizon Support. One Note for the $15 Legacy Perk

If you have the older $15/month Disney+ Premium, Hulu, ESPN+ perk (ad-free), you can keep it, switch down to the $10 with-ads version, or cancel it. Dropping from $15 to $10 is a one-way change. Once you leave the premium tier, you cannot add it back.2Verizon Support.
