How to Cancel Viggle AI Subscription: Refunds, Credits, and Access

To cancel a Viggle AI subscription, use whichever channel you signed up through: the Viggle AI website, the Google Play Store on Android, or the App Store on Apple devices. Uninstalling the app is not a cancellation. Once you cancel, your paid features stay active through the end of the billing period you’ve already paid for, and your account then drops to the free tier.

Cancel on the Viggle AI Website

If you subscribed directly at viggle.ai, log in with the credentials you used to sign up, whether that’s Discord, Google, or email. Open your account settings and find the “Billing” or “Manage Subscription” link. Viggle processes payments through Stripe, so that link may open a Stripe-hosted customer portal showing your plan and payment history.1Viggle AI. Pricing

Select the option to cancel your plan. Confirm through any prompts or feedback survey that appears. The cancellation is scheduled to take effect at the close of your current billing cycle rather than immediately, and you can restore the subscription before that date without re-enrolling.

Cancel Through Google Play

If you signed up on Android through the Google Play Store, you have to cancel through Google, not through the Viggle site. Charges continue if you only uninstall the app.

  1. Open Google Play and go to your subscriptions page.
  2. Select your Viggle AI subscription.
  3. Tap “Cancel subscription” and follow the prompts.

Cancel Through Apple

If you subscribed through the App Store, cancellation lives in your Apple account settings. On an iPhone:

  1. Open Settings and tap your name at the top.
  2. Tap “Subscriptions.”
  3. Select the Viggle AI subscription.
  4. Tap “Cancel Subscription.”

If no Cancel button appears and you see a red expiration message, the subscription is already canceled. On a Mac, open the App Store, click your name in the bottom-left corner, open Account Settings, and click “Manage” next to Subscriptions.3Apple Support. What Happens to Your Access and Credits

Cancellation is not immediate cutoff. Paid features stay active until the end of the billing cycle you’ve already paid for, then the account reverts to free.

Credits split into two categories. Monthly plan credits expire on your billing date, so unused monthly credits disappear when the cycle closes. Separately purchased credits do not expire, but they can only be spent while you have an active paid subscription. Videos and assets you already made stay in your gallery. Cancellation affects new generation, not what you’ve already produced.

Refunds

Viggle AI generally does not refund subscription payments for unused time or a change of mind. The stated exceptions are substantial technical problems that prevented you from using the service and accidental duplicate charges. To request a refund on those grounds, email hi@ViggleAI.net with your full name, the email on your account, the purchase date, and the reason.

If you were billed through Google Play or Apple, you can also try their own refund processes, which apply their own eligibility rules independent of Viggle’s policy.

If Charges Continue After You Cancel

Two federal rules give you leverage. The FTC’s amended Negative Option Rule, often called “click-to-cancel,” requires businesses that let you sign up online to let you cancel online, using a process at least as simple as signup.4Legal Information Institute. 16 CFR Part 425

The Electronic Fund Transfer Act lets you stop a preauthorized recurring charge by notifying your bank at least three business days before the next scheduled transfer. The notice can be oral or written.5Office of the Law Revision Counsel. 15 USC 1693e – Preauthorized Transfers

Save your cancellation confirmation email. If a charge posts after that date, dispute it with your bank and contact Viggle support with the confirmation as evidence.
