To cancel a Vmake subscription, use the same channel that took your payment: your iPhone’s subscription settings if you signed up through the App Store, Google Play’s subscription settings if you signed up on Android, or an email to Vmake support if you subscribed on the website. Vmake’s terms of service list only these three cancellation paths, and going through the wrong one is the most common reason a subscription seems stuck.1Vmake AI. Terms of Service
Check Your Statement First
Look at the charge on your bank or card statement. “Apple” or “Apple.com/bill” means you subscribed through the App Store. “Google” or “GOOGLE*Vmake” means Google Play. If the charge lists Vmake directly, or a parent company name like Starii, you signed up on the website.
This matters because Apple and Google will not cancel a subscription they didn’t process, and Vmake support cannot cancel one billed by Apple or Google. Two minutes on your statement saves an hour of trying the wrong process.
Cancel on iPhone
Open the Settings app, tap your name at the top, then tap Subscriptions. You will see every active subscription tied to your Apple ID. Find Vmake (it may appear as “Starii Vmake”), tap it, and tap Cancel Subscription. Scroll down if you don’t see the button. If there is an expiration message in red text, the subscription is already canceled.2Apple Support. If You Want to Cancel a Subscription From Apple
Cancel on Android
Open the Play Store app and go to your subscriptions page. Select Vmake, tap Cancel Subscription, and follow the prompts.3Google Play Help. Cancel, Pause, or Change a Subscription on Google Play Google may ask you to pick a reason before confirming; that is feedback collection and doesn’t affect the cancellation.
Cancel a Web Subscription by Email
If you subscribed on the Vmake website, there is no self-service cancellation page. Email support@vmake.ai with “Starii Vmake” in the subject line. Include your account email address and a clear request to cancel your subscription.1Vmake AI. Terms of Service
Keep a copy of the sent email and any reply. That record is your proof if a charge still posts later.
What Happens to Your Account
Canceling doesn’t cut off access right away. You keep your paid features and remaining credits through the end of the current billing period, whether monthly or yearly.4Vmake AI. Pricing and Plans – Pay Per Use and Subscription After that, the account drops to the free tier, which carries watermarks and limits certain AI models and export resolutions. Unused paid credits do not roll over. Spend them before the period ends or lose them.
Look for a confirmation email. When you cancel through Apple or Google, the confirmation comes from them, not from Vmake. Save it.
Refunds
Vmake’s standard policy is that payments are non-refundable, and the company does not issue credit for partial subscription periods or unused content.1Vmake AI. Terms of Service
Two location-based exceptions exist. In the European Union or United Kingdom, consumer law gives you 14 days from the subscription date to withdraw and receive a full reimbursement without a reason. In Brazil, the withdrawal window is 7 days from acceptance of the agreement.1Vmake AI. Terms of Service
If you paid through Apple and want to try for a refund anyway, go to reportaproblem.apple.com, sign in, choose “Request a refund,” pick a reason, and select the Vmake charge. Apple reviews requests case by case and usually decides within 48 hours.5Apple Support. If You’re Still Charged After Canceling
Contact the billing platform first (Apple, Google, or Vmake support) and send your cancellation confirmation. Most post-cancellation charges are timing issues where a renewal ran before the cancellation took effect, and the platform can reverse them.
If that doesn’t work, federal law gives you two routes. For credit card charges, the Fair Credit Billing Act lets you dispute billing errors by sending a written notice to your card issuer within 60 days of the statement date showing the charge. The notice must include your name, account number, the disputed amount, and why you believe it’s an error.7Office of the Law Revision Counsel. 15 USC 1666 – Correction of Billing Errors
For debit card or bank account charges, the Electronic Fund Transfer Act lets you stop preauthorized recurring transfers by notifying your bank at least three business days before the next scheduled transfer. You can do this by phone or in writing, but the bank may require written confirmation within 14 days of an oral request.8Office of the Law Revision Counsel. 15 USC 1693e – Preauthorized Transfers
The 60-day credit card window is a hard deadline. If a charge looks wrong, act on it now rather than waiting to see whether it clears up on its own.
