To cancel a Voicemod subscription, sign in at account.voicemod.net and click “Cancel Subscription” if you bought PRO on desktop, or use the Subscriptions screen in the App Store or Google Play if you bought it on your phone. The cancellation stops the next renewal. Your PRO features stay active until the end of the billing period you already paid for.
Canceling a Desktop Purchase
Desktop subscriptions are billed through either Paddle or Xsolla. You don’t really need to know which one unless something goes wrong, but your original receipt email will say.

Canceling on iPhone or iPad
If you subscribed on an Apple device, Apple handles the billing. Canceling inside the Voicemod app or on the Voicemod website will not stop the charges. You have to cancel through Apple.

Canceling on Android
Google Play handles Android subscriptions. Open the Play app, go to Payments & subscriptions, then Subscriptions. Select Voicemod, tap Cancel subscription, and follow the prompts. Uninstalling the App Does Not Cancel It
This is the mistake that costs people money. Deleting the Voicemod app from your computer or phone does nothing to your subscription. The billing lives with the payment processor, not with the software on your device. You can wipe every Voicemod file you own and still get charged next month.

When There Is No Cancel Button
Sometimes the subscription gets “unlinked” from your account and the cancel option simply isn’t there. The fix depends on your version. On Voicemod V3, log into the app using the email tied to your PRO account; V3 doesn’t use license keys, so signing in with the right address reconnects the subscription. Confirming the Cancellation Worked
Your account dashboard should flip from “Active” to “Canceled,” and Paddle or Xsolla should send a confirmation email. If neither shows up within a few hours, log back in and check. A pending charge on your bank statement near the next expected renewal date is the clearest sign the cancellation didn’t actually process.
PRO features remain available until the expiration date shown on your account. Cancel a monthly plan ten days in, and you still have twenty days of access left. That expiration date is the most reliable confirmation that everything went through.
Refunds After Canceling
Canceling stops the next charge. It doesn’t refund past ones. If you want money back, the window depends on where you bought.
Website purchases through Voicemod can be refunded within 30 days of the original purchase. Mobile purchases through an app store have a shorter 14-day window because the app store’s policy governs.7Voicemod Help Center. How to Request a Refund
Payment processors add their own rules on top. Paddle treats transactions as non-refundable by default, with statutory exceptions for consumers in several regions, including a 14-day withdrawal right for buyers in the EU, UK, and Switzerland on the first payment.8Paddle.
