- On a multi-month commitment plan (typically 12 months), cancellation takes effect at the end of the full commitment period. Cancel six months into a 12-month plan and you’ll still be billed for the remaining six.
- On a pre-pay savings plan, cancellation takes effect at the end of the initial plan period you paid for. After that initial period, it takes effect at the end of the membership month in which you cancel.

Deleting Your Account and Personal Data
Canceling stops the billing. It does not delete your account or the health data WeightWatchers has collected. Weight logs, food tracking history, and profile information all stay in their systems unless you ask for them to be removed. WeightWatchers will verify your identity before processing the request, usually through your existing account login, and may ask you to confirm the request a second time before removing anything.
