Read This Before You Cancel
Two things trip people up. First, removing the Woofz app, or even deleting your Woofz account, does not end billing. Charges keep hitting your payment method until you actively cancel through the platform you subscribed on. Second, if you’re on a free trial, you must cancel at least 24 hours before it ends or Woofz will charge you for the first paid period automatically.1Woofz. Terms of Use
Before you start, figure out where the money is actually coming from. Check your email for a receipt from Apple, Google, or Woofz. Your bank or card statement is the other giveaway: a charge from Apple or Google points to the app store; a charge from NOVE8 LTD or PETCARE PREMIUM INC means you subscribed directly on the Woofz website, since those are the billing partners Woofz uses for web purchases.1Woofz. Cancel on iPhone or iPad
If you subscribed through the App Store, Apple controls the billing. Open the Settings app and tap your name at the top. Tap Subscriptions, then tap the Woofz entry. Scroll down and tap Cancel Subscription. If you see a red expiration message instead of a cancel button, the subscription is already canceled.2Apple Support. Cancel on Android
If you subscribed through Google Play, open the Play Store app and tap your profile icon in the top right. Tap Payments & subscriptions, then Subscriptions. Google may ask why you’re leaving or offer a discount to stay. Click through those screens and confirm the cancellation.
Cancel on the Woofz Website
If you subscribed directly on the Woofz site, you have to cancel through your web account:5Woofz. How to Cancel My Woofz Subscription/Unsubscribe
- Sign in at account.woofz.com with the email and password you used when subscribing. If that portal won’t let you in, try account.nove8.com/woofz/login.
- Open the Subscriptions tab.
- Turn off auto-renewal.
- Work through the short exit quiz. The screens are designed to persuade you to stay, so read each one carefully and press “No” at the end to confirm the cancellation.
What Happens After You Cancel
Your access doesn’t end immediately. You keep using Woofz through the end of the period you already paid for — if you bought a yearly plan, the app works until the year is up — and the renewal simply won’t happen.5Woofz. How to Cancel My Woofz Subscription/Unsubscribe
Look for a confirmation email from Apple, Google, or Woofz. If you canceled through Apple or Google, go back to your subscriptions list and check that the Woofz entry now shows an expiration date rather than a renewal date. Save the confirmation in case you need to dispute a later charge.
If You Were Charged Anyway
If a charge went through after you thought you’d canceled, or a free trial converted before you got to it, you can ask for a refund. The route depends on who billed you.
For App Store charges, go to reportaproblem.apple.com, sign in with your Apple ID, select “Request a refund,” choose a reason, and pick the Woofz charge. Apple generally responds within 48 hours.6Apple Support. Request a Refund for Apps or Content That You Bought From Apple
For Google Play charges, your best window is the first 48 hours after the charge. Submit a refund request through Google Play’s refund page. For charges that came from the Woofz website, email support@woofz.com. Refund decisions for web subscriptions are handled by NOVE8 LTD or PETCARE PREMIUM INC, depending on your location.1Woofz. Terms of Use If you don’t hear back or the refund is denied, disputing the charge with your bank or card issuer is a reasonable next step. Keep your cancellation confirmation and any emails with Woofz as documentation.
