To cancel Wyndly, email care@wyndly.com or text 720-730-9988 and ask the care team to stop your treatment and all future shipments. There is no cancel button in the patient portal, so direct contact is the only path. Timing matters: cancellation stops future, unshipped orders, but medication already on its way is non-refundable, so reach out before your next three-month refill is prepared.1Wyndly. Sending the Cancellation Request
Include your full name, date of birth, and a clear statement that you want to cancel your subscription and stop all future shipments and billing. Avoid words like “pause” or “adjust.” Those are not cancellations, and vague language can leave your account active.
Wyndly’s pharmacy custom-mixes each order, so the care team asks that you notify them as early as possible, ideally before you finish your last bottle, so refills can be stopped before preparation begins.1Wyndly. Wyndly Coverage, Billing, and Refunds Shipments go out in three-month sets on a 12-week cycle, so reaching out a few weeks before your next refill gives you the best chance of avoiding a charge for another quarter.2Wyndly. Save a copy of the email or a screenshot of the text thread. That timestamp is your evidence if a charge shows up later.
What You Will Still Owe
The dividing line is whether your next batch has shipped. Once the carrier scans the package, that shipment is final and non-refundable.1Wyndly. Wyndly Coverage, Billing, and Refunds Medication that has not yet shipped when your cancellation is processed will not be billed. Wyndly does not publish a specific cutoff window such as “cancel 7 days before your next shipment,” which is why contacting the care team early is the safe move.
If you prepaid for six or twelve months, the refund still applies only to unshipped medication. Wyndly does not prorate refunds for unused time on a prepaid subscription.1Wyndly. Wyndly Coverage, Billing, and Refunds That surprises people on the annual plan at $99 per month (billed as $1,188 upfront) and the six-month plan at $117 per month (billed as $700 upfront).3Wyndly. Wyndly Pricing and Proof You get back the cost of drops that have not shipped. You do not get a partial refund for remaining months on a cycle where the medication already went out.
Ask the care team to confirm in writing the date of your last billing cycle and the status of any pending shipments. If a confirmation does not arrive within a week, follow up. Silence is not confirmation, and an unresolved cancellation can lead to another charge three months later.
Check the 90-Day Allergy-Free Guarantee First
Before you cancel outright, see whether you qualify for Wyndly’s 90-Day Allergy-Free Guarantee. It is separate from a standard cancellation and potentially worth more, because it covers a full refund of your treatment cost rather than just stopping future shipments.4Wyndly. At-Home Allergy Testing and Custom Treatment With a 90-Day Money-Back Guarantee
The guarantee applies if you followed your prescribed treatment plan, completed your scheduled check-ins, and still saw no improvement within 90 days of receiving your first shipment. To request it, email care@wyndly.com or text 720-730-9988 with the subject line “Guarantee request,” along with your name, date of birth, and the delivery date of your first shipment. A clinician reviews your chart to confirm eligibility, and approved refunds return to your original payment method.1Wyndly. Wyndly Coverage, Billing, and Refunds
Used test kits and already-shipped medication are excluded. If you skipped doses or missed check-ins, the guarantee will not apply. That is where most refund requests fall apart.
If Wyndly Keeps Charging You
The FTC’s Click-to-Cancel rule, which took full effect in July 2025, requires any business that sells subscriptions to make cancellation as easy as signing up.5Federal Trade Commission. Federal Trade Commission Announces Final Click-to-Cancel Rule Making It Easier for Consumers to End Recurring Subscriptions A company cannot force you to call during limited business hours if you signed up online, and it cannot bury cancellation behind steps designed to keep you enrolled. The rule also requires clear disclosure of recurring charges before payment and informed consent to those terms.
If a company fails to provide a straightforward cancellation method or keeps charging after you cancel, you can file a complaint at ftc.gov/complaint. This protection applies regardless of your state.
If charges continue after your cancellation request, dispute the transaction with your bank or card issuer and attach the saved email or text screenshot. Most issuers will reverse charges when you can show you asked to cancel before the billing date.
