To cancel XVideos Red, log into your account and turn off auto-renewal in your subscription settings, or go directly to the billing company that processes your payments (CCBill, Epoch, or Verotel). If you signed up through an app, cancel through Apple or Google Play instead. The whole thing takes a few minutes once you know which route applies to you.
What to Have Ready Before You Start
Two things make this fast: your login details and the name of the company actually charging your card. XVideos Red doesn’t always process payments itself. It routes billing through a third-party processor, so the charge on your bank or credit card statement will likely show a merchant name like CCBill, Epoch, or Verotel. That name tells you which portal to use if the website route doesn’t work.
Pull your original signup confirmation email or any past invoice and grab the subscription ID or transaction ID. The billing companies can look up your account with any two of the following: email address, credit card number, subscription ID, or transaction ID.
Cancel Through the Website
Log in and open the user icon or settings menu in the upper corner. Go to your profile or account management area, then find the section for membership status or billing. Your current plan and renewal date should be visible there.
Click the option to manage or cancel the subscription, then confirm when prompted. That final confirmation is the step people skip. Close the page before clicking it and the subscription stays active for the next billing cycle. Once you confirm, the dashboard should show your status as canceled or set to expire at the end of the current period.
Cancel Through the Billing Company
If you can’t log in, or the cancellation option isn’t where you expect it, go straight to the billing processor on your statement. Each one has its own consumer portal.
CCBill

Cancel Through Apple or Google Play
If you subscribed through an app rather than the website, the merchant on your statement will be Apple or Google. Neither the website nor the processor portals above will have any record of your subscription. You have to cancel through the store itself.
iPhone or iPad
Open Settings, tap your name at the top, then tap Subscriptions. Find the subscription, tap it, and tap Cancel Subscription. You may need to scroll down to see the button. If there’s no cancel button and you see a red expiration message instead, it’s already canceled.5Apple Support. If You Want to Cancel a Subscription From Apple

You can also reach this through Settings, Google, Manage Your Google Account, then Payments & Subscriptions. Important: uninstalling the app does not cancel anything. Stop the Charges at Your Bank if Cancellation Fails
If you’ve worked through the options above and charges still appear, federal law gives you the right to shut off the payments at your bank. You can stop a preauthorized recurring transfer by notifying your bank or credit union at least three business days before the next scheduled charge.7eCFR. 12 CFR 1005.10 – Preauthorized Transfers Call your bank, revoke authorization for the company to charge your account, and follow up in writing. The bank may ask you to submit a formal stop-payment order, and if they require written confirmation of an oral stop order, you need to send it within 14 days or the oral order expires.
Any charge that posts after you’ve revoked authorization is treated as an error under federal law, and you can request a refund from your bank.8Consumer Financial Protection Bureau. Credit card users have an additional route under the Fair Credit Billing Act: write to the card issuer at the address listed for billing inquiries within 60 days of the statement showing the disputed charge, and you don’t have to pay the disputed amount while the investigation is open.9Federal Trade Commission. Confirm the Cancellation Stuck
Whichever route you used, look for a confirmation email from the billing company. If you canceled on the website, the account dashboard should show a canceled or expiring status. You’ll usually keep access to premium features until the end of the period you’ve already paid for.
Check your statement after the date the next charge would have hit. If something posts anyway, contact the billing processor first with your confirmation details. If that doesn’t resolve it, escalate to your bank. A screenshot of the cancellation confirmation and any emails gives you a clean paper trail if you need to dispute a later charge.
