How to Cancel Yoga Go: iPhone, Android, Website, and Refunds

To cancel Yoga Go, go to the platform you originally subscribed through — Apple’s App Store, Google Play, or the yoga-go.io website — and cancel from your account settings at least 24 hours before your next billing date. Deleting the app from your phone does not stop the charges. You have to actively cancel in the account that’s billing you.

Find Out Who’s Actually Billing You

Before you can cancel, you need to know which company is charging your card. Pull up your bank or credit card statement and look at the most recent Yoga Go charge.

  • If it reads “Apple” or “apple.com/bill,” you subscribed through the App Store. Cancel through Apple.
  • If it reads “Google” or “GOOGLE*Yoga,” you subscribed on Android. Cancel through Google Play.
  • If the developer name appears directly (something like “Welltech” or “Yoga-Go”), you signed up on the website. Cancel there.

You’ll also want the email address tied to your account. If you’re not sure which one you used, search your inbox for a Yoga Go welcome message or receipt.

Cancel on iPhone or iPad

The steps are the same on both devices:

  1. Open Settings and tap your name at the top.
  2. Tap Subscriptions. You’ll see every active and expired subscription tied to your Apple Account.
  3. Tap Yoga Go.
  4. Tap Cancel Subscription. You may need to scroll to find the button. If you see a red expiration date instead of a cancel button, the subscription is already cancelled.

You keep access to premium features until the end of the period you already paid for. Apple won’t charge you again after that.

From a Mac

Open the App Store, click your name, then Account Settings. Scroll to Subscriptions and click Manage. Find Yoga Go, click it, then click Cancel Subscription.

Cancel on Android

Google Play handles anything you bought through an Android device:

  1. Open the Google Play Store, tap your profile icon, then Payments & subscriptions, then Subscriptions.
  2. Select Yoga Go from your active subscriptions.
  3. Tap Cancel subscription and follow the prompts to confirm.

Uninstalling the app does nothing here either. The billing lives inside Google Play, not the app itself.

Cancel on the Yoga Go Website

If you subscribed directly at yoga-go.io rather than through an app store, log into your account on the site and open your profile or settings page. Find the Subscription or Billing section and click Cancel Subscription. The site may offer you a discount or a pause option before letting you finish. Keep clicking through until you land on a confirmation screen.

If the website gives you trouble, email support@yoga-go.io from the address on your account and ask them to cancel. That also gives you a written record of your request, which helps if a charge shows up later.

The 24-Hour Rule

Cancel at least 24 hours before your current billing period ends. If your billing date is the 15th and you cancel on the 14th at 11 p.m., you’re very likely to be charged for the next cycle anyway.

The same rule applies to free trials. Cancel at least a full day before the trial ends, or the system automatically converts it into a paid subscription and charges the payment method you entered when you started.

Deleting the App Doesn’t Cancel It

This is the single most common mistake. Removing Yoga Go from your phone has no effect on your subscription. The billing relationship is between you and Apple, Google, or Yoga Go’s payment system, not the app icon on your home screen. People find out months later, when they notice a charge for an app they thought they’d gotten rid of. Always run through the cancellation steps above, whether or not you also delete the app.

Getting a Refund

Cancelling stops future charges. It does not automatically claw back money that’s already been taken. Where you go for a refund depends on where you paid.

Through Apple

Go to reportaproblem.apple.com, sign in with the Apple Account you used, click “I’d like to,” and choose “Request a refund.” Pick a reason, find the Yoga Go charge, and submit. Apple usually responds within 48 hours.

Through Google Play

Go to play.google.com, click your profile picture, then Payments & subscriptions, then Budget & order history. Find the Yoga Go charge, click Report a problem, and complete the refund form. If more than 48 hours have passed since the charge, Google may send you to the developer instead.

Directly From Yoga Go

Yoga Go’s own policy is that purchases and subscription fees are generally final and non-refundable. A few exceptions matter:

  • If you were offered a 30-day money-back guarantee at sign-up, you can request a full refund within 30 days of your initial purchase. Any early cancellation fee for leaving a commitment plan is refunded along with it. Renewal charges are never eligible.
  • Residents of California and Connecticut can cancel within three business days of purchase for a full refund.
  • Subscribers in the UK, the EEA, or Switzerland have a 14-day withdrawal right from the date of purchase, no reason required.

To request a refund from Yoga Go directly, use the contact form on their website or email support@yoga-go.io.

If Charges Keep Coming After You Cancel

First, make sure you cancelled on the right platform. Someone who subscribed through Apple but tried to cancel on the Yoga Go website (or the reverse) hasn’t actually stopped anything. Open your subscriptions list — Settings, your name, Subscriptions on iPhone, or Payments & subscriptions in Google Play — and confirm the status reads cancelled or expired.

If it does and the charges continue anyway, contact your bank or card issuer and dispute them. A screenshot of the cancelled status, or a confirmation email from Yoga Go, will speed up the dispute. You can also file a complaint with the FTC, since federal law requires businesses to provide a simple way to stop recurring charges from subscriptions sold online.
