How to Cancel Your Ancestral Supplements Subscription

To cancel your Ancestral Supplements subscription, log into the company’s online subscription portal, open the active subscription, and choose the cancel option. There is no phone line for this and no one at the company will cancel for you: their policy states plainly that subscription management is the customer’s responsibility.1Ancestral Supplements. Refund Policy Do it before your next shipment processes, because once an order goes out, later subscription shipments are not eligible for a refund.

Log Into the Subscription Portal

Ancestral Supplements doesn’t use a standard password for subscription management. The portal sends a one-time verification code to the email address on your account, and also by text if you have a phone number on file. Enter your email, retrieve the code, and use it to reach your subscription dashboard.

The one thing you need is access to the inbox you used when you first subscribed. If that email is gone, recover it through your email provider first, or contact Ancestral Supplements support to update the account. Support responds by email within 24 hours and does not take phone calls.

Cancel From the Dashboard

Once you’re in, the dashboard lists your active subscriptions with shipment frequency and the next scheduled order date. Open the subscription you want to end. You should see options to edit, skip, pause, or cancel. Choose cancel and follow the confirmation prompts. The company advertises the ability to cancel anytime from the portal, so the option is meant to be visible rather than buried.2Ancestral Supplements. Subscribe and Save 15%

Cancel Before the Next Shipment Processes

Ancestral Supplements sends an email or text before each order ships, giving you a window to change or stop it. Miss the window and the order is no longer cancelable.1Ancestral Supplements. Refund Policy Don’t wait on the reminder. If you’ve decided to cancel, log in and finish it now.

Skip or Pause If You’re Not Sure

The same dashboard lets you skip a single upcoming shipment or pause the subscription entirely. Skipping pushes the next order to the following cycle. Pausing freezes the account until you turn it back on, and you keep your 15% subscription discount when you resume rather than starting a new subscription later at whatever price applies then.2Ancestral Supplements. One warning: don’t pause when you mean to cancel. A paused subscription you forget about can reactivate and charge you.

What the Company Will Not Do for You

The refund policy is blunt: “Subscription management is the responsibility of the customer. We do not cancel subscriptions on behalf of customers.”1Ancestral Supplements. Refund Policy Emailing support to ask them to cancel won’t do it. Support communication goes through their online contact form with email replies only, so reach out that way only if a technical problem is blocking you from canceling yourself.

If a Shipment Slips Through

Whether you can get money back depends on your order history. Your first-ever order with Ancestral Supplements is refundable within 60 days, up to two bottles, and that applies whether the first order was a one-time purchase or a subscription.1Ancestral Supplements. Refund Policy

Two catches. If you placed a one-time order before starting the subscription, the subscription itself isn’t your “first order” and the 60-day window doesn’t extend to it. And any subscription shipment beyond the first is not eligible for a refund at all if you failed to cancel in time.1Ancestral Supplements. Refund Policy That is the reason timing carries so much weight here.

Stop Charges Through Your Bank or Card Issuer

If you’ve canceled and still see a charge, or if you can’t get into your account at all, your bank or credit card issuer is the backstop.

For debit card charges, federal rules give you the right to stop preauthorized recurring transfers by notifying your bank at least three business days before the next scheduled payment. The bank must honor that stop-payment order even if the company keeps submitting the charge. If you make the request orally, the bank can require written confirmation within 14 days, so follow up in writing.3eCFR. 12 CFR 1005.10 – Preauthorized Transfers Banks commonly charge $20 to $35 for stop-payment orders, so this route fits ongoing unauthorized billing better than a one-off missed cancellation.

For credit card charges, dispute the billing error in writing to your card issuer within 60 days of the statement date showing the charge. The issuer must acknowledge the dispute within 30 days and resolve it within two billing cycles.4Consumer Financial Protection Bureau. How Do I Dispute a Charge on My Credit Card Bill?

Confirm the Cancellation

Go back to the dashboard and check that the subscription status reads inactive or canceled rather than active or paused. Screenshot it. If a confirmation email arrives, save that too.

Watch your statement through the date your next shipment would have been billed. A charge that appears after a confirmed cancellation is usually a processing error, and the screenshot plus email give you clean grounds for a dispute with your bank or card issuer.
