To cancel a Bloom subscription, go to wherever you originally signed up and cancel from that account: bloomnu.com for a Bloom Nutrition direct subscription, Amazon for a Subscribe & Save order, or your Apple ID settings for the Bloom self-therapy app bought through the App Store. “Bloom” covers two unrelated subscription products — Bloom Nutrition supplement powders and the Bloom mental health app — and each has its own path. Pick the one that matches how you pay.
Cancel a Bloom Nutrition Subscription on bloomnu.com
If you subscribed directly on bloomnu.com, you cancel through your account dashboard on the same site.
Click the account or profile icon on bloomnu.com. Bloom Nutrition uses passwordless login: enter the email tied to your account, submit it, and the site emails a one-time code. Enter the code to reach your dashboard.1Bloom Nutrition. Sign In If you no longer have access to that email, contact Bloom support directly to make account changes.
From the dashboard, open the subscriptions page, select the subscription you want to end, and choose the cancel option. The site may offer to pause your subscription or stretch out the delivery schedule before letting you cancel outright. Decline those if you want to stop entirely. You should receive a cancellation confirmation email within a few minutes. Check the dashboard afterward and confirm the status reads as cancelled; if it still shows active, keep the confirmation email as a screenshot and contact support.
Timing matters. Cancel before your next order moves into processing or fulfillment. Once a shipment is in motion, canceling only stops future orders, not the one already on its way.

Cancel the Bloom Mental Health App Through Apple
The Bloom self-therapy app at enjoybloom.com is a separate product from Bloom Nutrition. If you subscribed inside the iOS app, Apple handles the billing, and Apple is where you cancel.3Bloom. Support
- Open Settings on your iPhone.
- Tap your Apple ID profile at the top.
- Tap “Subscriptions.”
- Find the Bloom subscription and select it.
- Tap “Cancel Subscription.”
Because Apple runs the billing, Bloom’s own support team cannot cancel or refund App Store charges. Your access runs until the end of the current billing period.
Cancel the Bloom App if You Paid by Credit Card
If you signed up on the Bloom website with a credit card, your billing runs through Stripe, and cancellation happens inside the app.3Bloom. Support
- Open the Bloom app.
- Tap “Entries.”
- Tap the Settings icon in the upper right corner.
- Go to “Manage Subscription.”
- Tap the line that reads “To cancel your Bloom Subscription with Stripe, tap here.”

What to Do if Charges Keep Coming After You Cancel
Sometimes a charge appears after a cancellation, either because the cancellation did not fully process or because of a billing glitch. Contact the company first with your confirmation email or screenshot attached. Most legitimate sellers will reverse the charge once they see proof.
If the company will not fix it, dispute the charge with your bank or card issuer. This is a chargeback. You can usually start one by logging into your card account online and selecting the transaction, or by calling the number on the back of your card. Follow up in writing to the billing-disputes address your card issuer lists.4Federal Trade Commission. How to Stop Subscriptions You Never Ordered
The FTC has also finalized a “click-to-cancel” rule requiring companies to make canceling as easy as signing up.
