The 30-Day Refund Window
Cancel within the first 30 days after enrolling and Tivity Health owes you a full refund of what you’ve paid. After that window, you won’t get a refund for the month in which you cancel. States That Allow Online Cancellation
Members in Arkansas, California, Colorado, Connecticut, Idaho, Illinois, Maryland, Massachusetts, Minnesota, New Jersey, New York, Tennessee, Vermont, and Virginia can cancel through their online account at fitnessyourway.tivityhealth.com. Canceling a Wellhub (Formerly Gympass) Membership

You can cancel at any time from within your account settings. The deadline that matters: cancel at least three business days before your billing date, or you’ll be charged for the next month. Free trials have a tighter rule. Cancel at least 48 hours before the trial ends or your payment method is automatically charged for the first full month.6Wellhub. Canceling an Active&Fit Direct Membership
If your BCBS plan uses Active&Fit Direct, you have two options:

Dropping Your BCBS Plan Does Not Cancel the Gym
Ending your Blue Cross Blue Shield health coverage does not automatically end the gym membership. Fitness Your Way, Wellhub, or Active&Fit Direct will keep billing your payment method until you cancel directly with that network. The reverse holds too: canceling the gym has no effect on your health plan. The two are separate contracts that only share the Blue365 discount portal.
Confirm the Cancellation Actually Took
Whichever network you use, get written proof. For a Fitness Your Way phone cancellation, write down the representative’s name, the date and time of the call, and any confirmation or reference number. That record is what you’ll need if charges continue.
