How to Cancel Your Bouqs Subscription: Online, Email, or Phone

To cancel a Bouqs subscription, log in at bouqs.com, open “Manage Subscriptions” from the profile menu, and cancel from the Settings tab, or email help@thebouqs.com asking to cancel. Do it well before your next scheduled delivery date. Bouqs charges for each shipment in advance, and once the order enters fulfillment the charge is final.

Cancel Before the Next Charge Hits

Bouqs prepares and ships flowers ahead of the delivery date on your account, which means the card on file gets charged before the bouquet leaves the farm. Cancel after that point and you still pay for the shipment on its way.

What’s at stake depends on the size you picked at signup: $48 for an Original (10–16 stems), $59 for a Deluxe (20–32 stems), or $74 for a Grand (30–45 stems).1The Bouqs Co. Farm-Fresh Flower Subscriptions Bouqs operates on a no-refund, all-sales-final policy, so a few days of early action is worth more than an exact-day cancellation.

Cancel Through Your Online Account

The website is the fastest route:

  • Sign in at bouqs.com with the email and password used at signup.
  • Click the profile icon in the top-right corner and choose “Manage Subscriptions.”
  • Find the subscription and open its “Settings” tab.
  • Select the cancellation option and confirm when prompted.

The dashboard should update to show the subscription as canceled. Screenshot that page before you navigate away. A confirmation email should also arrive at the address on your account. Keep it. If a charge appears later, that email is your proof.

Cancel by Email, Phone, or Chat

If the online flow misbehaves or you’d rather deal with a person, Bouqs lists email as a valid cancellation method in its Terms of Use. Send a message to help@thebouqs.com stating that you want to cancel, and include the account email and recent order details so support can locate you quickly.2The Bouqs Co. You can also call 1-888-320-2687 or use the live chat on the website, available daily from 6 AM to 5 PM PST. Whichever channel you choose, ask for a cancellation confirmation number or a written acknowledgment. A verbal “all set” is hard to use if a charge posts next month.

Skip or Slow Down Instead

If you want the service to continue but need a break, skip the next delivery rather than canceling. Log in, open “Manage Subscriptions,” find the upcoming shipment, and choose the skip option. Your preferences and account stay in place. Bouqs also offers weekly, biweekly, monthly, and bimonthly delivery frequencies, so stretching the cadence is another way to cut down without canceling.1The Bouqs Co. Farm-Fresh Flower Subscriptions

What Canceling Does Not Do

Canceling stops future shipments. It doesn’t claw back money already charged. Bouqs’ policy is no refunds, all sales final. The only exceptions are a wrong item, a bouquet that arrives in poor condition, or a delivery that never arrives, and even then the remedy is a replacement bouquet credit rather than cash. That credit isn’t transferable or redeemable for money. A customer service request has to be filed within three calendar days of the delivery date, with a photo if the flowers were damaged. If Bouqs itself cancels an order after billing you, you get a full refund of the billed amount.2The Bouqs Co. Terms of Use – Legal Policies

Watch for Auto-Renewal on Prepaid Plans

Here’s the detail that surprises subscribers: when the prepaid period on your plan ends, Bouqs automatically renews it and keeps charging the applicable subscription and delivery fees until you cancel.2The Bouqs Co. Terms of Use – Legal Policies If you bought a prepaid gift subscription or multi-month plan assuming it would simply end, check your account. You may already be sitting in a renewal cycle.

After you cancel, watch your statements for at least one full billing cycle. Pending transactions can take several business days to clear, so a charge posting a day or two after cancellation is usually the pipeline catching up. A brand-new charge that appears after your next scheduled delivery date has passed is a different matter and worth escalating.

If Charges Keep Coming After You Cancel

Start with Bouqs. Reply to your cancellation confirmation email or submit a help request with that confirmation attached. Most post-cancellation charges are processing errors a support agent can reverse.

If Bouqs doesn’t resolve it, dispute the charge with your credit card issuer. Federal law caps your liability for unauthorized charges at $50, and you have 60 days from the date the first bill containing the error was sent to you to file a written dispute. The issuer must acknowledge your complaint within 30 days and resolve it within 90. While the investigation runs, you don’t have to pay the disputed amount, and the issuer can’t report you as delinquent or send it to collections.4Federal Trade Commission.
