To cancel your Chorki subscription, go to the same place you signed up: your Chorki profile if you paid by card directly, the Google Play Store if you subscribed on Android, your Apple ID settings if you subscribed on an iPhone or iPad, or your mobile payment app (bKash, Nagad, Robi, Grameenphone) if you used one of those. Do it at least 24 hours before your renewal date, or you’ll be charged for another cycle.1Chorki. Terms of Service You keep access until the current billing period ends.
Cancel Directly on Chorki
Use this method if you signed up on Chorki’s website or app with a credit or debit card. Log in with the email or phone number you registered, open your profile, and choose the subscription or unsubscribe option. Chorki’s FAQ confirms unsubscribing is available from the Profile page at any time.2Chorki. Frequently Asked Questions
The 24-hour rule in Chorki’s terms is strict. Cancel on the day of renewal and the charge has already queued. Give yourself at least a full day of buffer.
Cancel Through Google Play
If you subscribed through the Play Store on an Android device, Chorki can’t stop the charges. Google handles the billing, so you cancel in Google Play: open the Play Store, go to your subscriptions, tap Chorki, then tap Cancel subscription and confirm.3Google Play Help. Cancel, Pause, or Change a Subscription on Google Play
Deleting the Chorki app does nothing to the subscription. Play Store subscriptions run until you cancel them inside the Play Store, and billing continues every cycle in the meantime.3Google Play Help. Cancel, Pause, or Change a Subscription on Google Play
Cancel Through Apple
On iPhone or iPad, open Settings, tap your name, then tap Subscriptions. Find Chorki in the list and tap Cancel Subscription.4Apple Support. If You Want to Cancel a Subscription From Apple If you don’t see a Cancel button and instead see a red expiration date, the subscription is already canceled and will run out on that date.
If Chorki isn’t in your Apple subscriptions list, you didn’t subscribe through Apple. Check your bank or card statement to see which company is actually billing you, then cancel through that platform.4Apple Support. If You Want to Cancel a Subscription From Apple
Cancel Through bKash, Nagad, or a Telecom Operator
Chorki is based in Bangladesh, and many subscribers pay through mobile financial services like bKash and Nagad or through operators like Robi and Grameenphone. If you used one of these, cancel through that provider. Chorki’s terms direct users to follow the cancellation steps provided by each payment method.1Chorki. Terms of Service
The exact steps differ by provider. Generally you’ll manage active subscriptions inside the payment app or by dialing a USSD code. If you can’t find the option, contact Chorki support and ask them to cancel on their end or to walk you through the steps for your provider.
What Happens After You Cancel
You don’t lose access the moment you cancel. Your subscription stays active until the end of the billing period you’ve already paid for, and no further charges hit after that.2Chorki. Frequently Asked Questions
There’s no partial refund for unused days. Chorki’s refund policy says all payments are non-refundable, with narrow exceptions for duplicate charges on the same account or clearly erroneous billing, and those require supporting documentation.5Chorki. Refund Policy
Save your confirmation. An email, an in-app notice, or a screenshot of the cancellation screen is your proof if a charge appears later. Google Play and Apple also keep a record in your subscription history.
If you want your account data removed as well, you have to ask. Chorki’s privacy policy says information is retained as long as it’s needed for operational purposes, and deletion of payment details or viewing history requires a direct request.6Chorki. Privacy Policy
