To cancel your Delta Sonic Unlimited Plan, submit a cancellation online at the member portal, by phone at 1-800-THE-KISS, or in person at any Delta Sonic location. The request has to go through by 7 p.m. EST the night before the first of the month, or you’ll be billed for another cycle.1Delta Sonic. The Three Ways to Cancel
Pick whichever is easiest:

Submit Before 7 p.m. EST the Night Before the First
Billing runs automatically on the first of every month. Your cancellation has to be in by 7 p.m. EST the day before, or the next charge will still go through.1Delta Sonic. Delta Sonic Unlimited Plan Terms and Conditions Miss the cutoff and you’ll pay for one more month, though your pass stays active through the end of that paid period.
Set a reminder for a few days before month-end so you aren’t racing the clock. A weekend reminder gives you time to use any of the three methods comfortably.
When You Can’t Cancel
New members have to wait out the first full billing month. If you signed up partway through a month, your initial cycle runs to the first of the next month, and cancellation won’t go through until that first full-month charge has processed.1Delta Sonic. Annual plans are different. If you prepaid for a year, you’re locked in for the full 12 months from the purchase date, with no early cancellation and no refunds or credits.3Delta Sonic. Unlimited Plan
What You Keep, What You Don’t Get Back
Delta Sonic doesn’t issue refunds, full or partial, when you cancel. Your pass does keep working through the end of the billing period you’ve already paid for. Cancel on the tenth after a first-of-the-month charge, and you still have wash access through the rest of that month.1Delta Sonic. Delta Sonic Unlimited Plan Terms and Conditions
Months you barely used the wash don’t get credited either, and there’s no pause or suspension option. If you know you won’t need the plan for a stretch, cancel before the cutoff and re-enroll later rather than paying through unused months.
Confirm the Cancellation Went Through
Watch for a confirmation email or an updated status in the member portal after you submit, and save whichever one you get. If a charge still appears after a timely cancellation, that confirmation is your evidence.

Removing the Sticker Afterward
Once the plan is inactive, the RFID sticker stops working. You can leave it on, but if you want it off, soak it with rubbing alcohol, window cleaner, or Goo Gone for a few minutes, then peel it or gently lift it with a razor blade held flat against the glass. Reapply the solvent if adhesive stays behind. Don’t use a razor blade on tinted surfaces; it can scratch or peel the tint.
