To cancel your Donna AI subscription, cancel it through whichever platform processed your payment: Apple’s App Store if you subscribed on an iPhone or iPad, Google Play if you subscribed on Android, or the Donna website if you signed up directly at musicdonna.com. Canceling in the wrong place leaves the charges running, so the first move is confirming where your money is actually going.
Find Out Where You’re Being Billed
Look at your bank or credit card statement for the most recent Donna charge. If it reads “Apple.com/bill” or similar Apple branding, you subscribed through the App Store. “Google Play” or “GOOGLE*” means Google. A charge from Donna or MusicDonna means you signed up directly on their website.
Note your next renewal date before you start. Apple’s terms for Donna require canceling at least 24 hours before the current billing period ends to stop the next charge. Miss that window and you’ll pay for one more cycle before the cancellation takes effect.

Save your email and any reply. If a charge posts after your request, that correspondence is your strongest evidence for a dispute.
Getting a Refund on the Last Charge
Canceling stops future charges. It doesn’t automatically refund the most recent one. If you were charged after canceling, or a free trial converted before you could opt out, request the refund from the platform that took the payment.

When Charges Keep Coming After You Cancel
If the company won’t refund you and the charges continue, your card issuer or bank is the next step.
On a credit card, the Fair Credit Billing Act gives you the right to dispute billing errors in writing. Your written notice must reach your issuer within 60 days of the statement date that shows the disputed charge.7Office of the Law Revision Counsel. One more backstop: the FTC’s updated Negative Option Rule requires that canceling a subscription be as easy as signing up. If you enrolled online, the company must let you cancel online through a comparable process. It cannot force you to call or chat if you originally subscribed through a website or app.10Federal Register.
