To cancel a Dreamina subscription, go to whichever platform processed your payment: the Dreamina website if you subscribed directly, the Apple App Store if you signed up on an iPhone or iPad, or Google Play if you signed up on Android. Cancel at least 24 hours before your renewal date, or the next cycle will charge.1CapCut. What Happens If I Forget to Cancel My Subscription Your paid features stay active until the current billing period runs out.
Find Out Where You Subscribed First
This is the step people skip, and it’s why cancellations fail. If you subscribed through Apple or Google, the cancel button inside Dreamina’s own website or app will not stop the billing. Apple and Google control that subscription, not Dreamina. Check the email receipt from your original signup: it will name the biller.
Cancel on the Dreamina Website
Log into your account on dreamina.capcut.com (or dreamina.ai). Open Settings, then Subscription. Click Manage Subscription or Cancel Plan, and confirm.
The subscription page should then show that your plan will not renew. Screenshot that confirmation. If a charge shows up later, that screenshot is the evidence you canceled on time.
Cancel Through the Apple App Store
On an iPhone or iPad, open the Settings app, tap your name at the top, then tap Subscriptions. Find Dreamina, tap it, and tap Cancel Subscription. Access continues through the end of the period you already paid for.2Apple Support. If You Want to Cancel a Subscription From Apple
On a Mac, open the App Store, click your name, click Account Settings, scroll to Subscriptions, and click Manage. The cancel option is in the same place.2Apple Support. If You Want to Cancel a Subscription From Apple
Cancel Through Google Play
Open the Play Store app, tap your profile icon, and go to Payments & subscriptions, then Manage subscriptions. Select Dreamina and tap Cancel subscription, then follow the prompts.3Google Play Help. Cancel, Pause, or Change a Subscription on Google Play
You can also reach the same page from your device’s Settings app: tap Google, then Manage your Google Account, then Payments & subscriptions.3Google Play Help. Cancel, Pause, or Change a Subscription on Google Play
Deleting the App Does Not Cancel Anything
Uninstalling Dreamina from your phone removes the app but does nothing to the subscription. The subscription lives in your Apple or Google account. Charges will keep hitting your payment method on every renewal date until you cancel through the steps above.3Google Play Help. Cancel, Pause, or Change a Subscription on Google Play
The 24-Hour Deadline and Refunds
Cancel at least 24 hours before your renewal date. Miss that window and the charge goes through, starting a new cycle. Dreamina’s subscriptions are treated as virtual goods that generally do not support refunds once a renewal has processed.1CapCut. What Happens If I Forget to Cancel My Subscription
Your renewal date appears on the same subscription management page as the cancel button. If it’s tomorrow, cancel today.
What Happens After You Cancel
Canceling doesn’t cut you off. Paid features stay available through the end of the billing period you already paid for, and your account drops to the free tier after that. Use any remaining paid credits during this window, since credit rollover policies vary by plan and the safest move is to spend them before the plan ends.
When the Cancel Button Is Missing
Some users report that expected options, including subscription management, don’t appear in their Dreamina dashboard. This sometimes happens to accounts flagged for a policy violation, where features get disabled without a clear on-screen explanation.
First, confirm where you originally subscribed. If it was Apple or Google, the cancel option was never inside Dreamina to begin with. Go to the app store’s subscription settings.
If you subscribed directly and the option genuinely isn’t there, try the feedback button in the bottom-right corner of the Dreamina website. User reports suggest direct customer support can be slow or unresponsive, so if a renewal date is close, don’t wait for a reply. Stop the charge through your bank instead.
Stopping Charges Through Your Bank
If normal cancellation fails and charges keep coming, you have two tools.
A stop-payment order tells your bank or card issuer to block future charges from a specific merchant. Most banks charge a fee, typically $20 to $35. Call the number on the back of your card and ask them to block recurring charges from Dreamina or its billing entity.
A chargeback disputes a charge that already posted. Contact your card issuer, explain you tried to cancel and couldn’t, and send any screenshots of cancellation attempts or support tickets. Chargebacks have time limits, usually 60 to 120 days from the charge date, so file quickly.
