To cancel your eMastered subscription, log into the website, open “My Account” from your email in the top-right corner, go to the Plan tab, click Manage Plan, then Change Plan, then Cancel Plan, and submit. The whole thing takes about two minutes. Two details decide whether cancellation actually saves you money: finalize it at least one day before your renewal date, and download your mastered files before access ends.
The Cancellation Steps
Everything happens inside the eMastered dashboard on the website.
- Click your email address in the top-right corner of the site and select “My Account.”
- Open the tab labeled “Plan.”
- Click “Manage Plan,” then “Change Plan.”
- Choose “Cancel Plan” and follow the prompts to the “Submit” button.
After submitting, you keep full access under your current plan until the billing period ends, and the subscription will not renew.1eMastered. How Do I Cancel My Plan
Cancel at Least One Day Before Renewal
eMastered’s terms require cancellation at least one day before your renewal date to avoid the next charge. Cancel on the renewal date itself or later and you’ll likely be billed for the upcoming period. Your exact renewal date sits in the billing summary inside the dashboard. Set a reminder a few days ahead if you’re not ready to cancel right away.
If You’re on the Yearly Plan Billed Monthly
eMastered offers a yearly plan paid in monthly installments at $19 per month, and that plan carries a one-year commitment.2eMastered. How Much Does eMastered Cost and What Is Included Canceling partway through may not stop the remaining monthly charges. The help center doesn’t spell out an early termination penalty, but the commitment language suggests you could still owe the balance. Check your billing page or email support@emastered.com before assuming you can walk away. Standard monthly and prepaid yearly subscribers don’t have this problem.
Download Your Files Before You Cancel
Access to the “My Library” page requires an active paid subscription. Once your billing period ends, you lose access to the library where your mastered tracks are stored.3eMastered. How Do I Access My File Library Open your library before you cancel, work through each track, and save the final masters to your local drive or cloud storage. Doing this first keeps you from paying for another month just to retrieve a file.
Getting a Refund
Cancellation and refunds are separate. Canceling stops future billing; a refund returns money already charged. eMastered’s 14-day refund policy has a strict condition attached: you must have downloaded fewer than four songs since signing up. Past 14 days, or at four or more downloaded tracks, the request will be denied.4eMastered. I Want My Money Back – Am I Eligible For A Refund – What Is the Refund Policy
There are no pro-rated refunds for mid-cycle cancellations. Cancel on day 20 of a monthly plan and you don’t get back the remaining 10 days; you keep access until the period ends.4eMastered. I Want My Money Back – Am I Eligible For A Refund – What Is the Refund Policy
To request a refund, email support@emastered.com with your account email and the transaction details from your billing receipt.
Canceling Does Not Delete Your Account
Canceling the plan stops future charges but leaves your eMastered account intact. Your login, profile, and account history stay on their servers. If you want your personal data removed, email support@emastered.com and request data deletion separately. The cancellation button in the dashboard won’t do it. To end both the charges and your presence on the platform, you need both steps.
