To cancel an Endel subscription, go back to the platform where you first signed up — Apple’s App Store, Google Play, Endel’s own website, or a reseller like Setapp or the Amazon Appstore — and cancel from there. Endel’s team cannot cancel an App Store or Google Play subscription on your behalf, and uninstalling the app will not stop the charges.
Find Where You’re Being Billed
Check your bank or card statement for the charge. It usually appears as “Apple.com/bill,” “Google Play,” or “Endel” for a direct website purchase. That label points you to the right cancellation path.
If the statement isn’t clear, open the Endel app and look under settings for a “Subscription” or “Store” section, which names the provider handling your payments.
Cancel on iPhone or iPad
If you subscribed through the App Store, Apple controls the billing.
- Open the Settings app.
- Tap your name at the top of the screen, then tap Subscriptions.
- Find Endel in the list and tap it.
- Tap Cancel Subscription and confirm.
Once it’s done, the screen shows an expiration date in place of a renewal date. You keep access until the end of the period you already paid for.1Apple Support. If You Want to Cancel a Subscription From Apple
On a free trial, cancel at least 24 hours before it ends. Apple charges automatically the moment the trial converts, and reversing that charge means filing a separate refund request.2Endel Help Center. You Want to Cancel Your Subscription
Cancel on Android
Google Play handles the billing for Android subscriptions.
- Open the Google Play app and go to your subscriptions page.
- Tap the Endel subscription.
- Tap Cancel Subscription and follow the prompts to confirm.3Google Play Help. Cancel, Pause, or Change a Subscription on Google Play
Google sends a confirmation email afterward. Keep it. If a charge somehow lands after you’ve canceled, that email is the evidence you’ll want when disputing it.
Cancel on the Endel Website
If you subscribed directly on Endel’s site, your payments run through Stripe. Sign in at payment.endel.io with the account you used to subscribe, open your subscription details, and turn off auto-renewal.2Endel Help Center. You Want to Cancel Your Subscription
Check that the status in your account confirms no future charges are scheduled. If the portal doesn’t update, email Endel at ask@endel.io before your next billing date.
Cancel Through Setapp or the Amazon Appstore
If you got Endel bundled through another service, cancel with that service.
On Setapp, open the Subscription page in your account, click Manage subscription, then click Cancel subscription at the bottom. A short survey and a confirmation finish it.4Setapp Support. Cancel Subscription
On the Amazon Appstore, sign in to Amazon’s website, go to Your Account, select Your Apps under Digital content and devices, then open Your Subscriptions under the Manage menu. Turn off auto-renewal there. Access runs through the end of the current period.5Amazon. Manage Your Appstore Subscriptions From the Website
Deleting the App Won’t Stop the Charges
This is where most people get caught. Removing the Endel app from your phone does nothing to stop recurring billing. Apple and Google treat the subscription as a separate agreement between you and the platform, and that agreement keeps running whether the app is installed or not.2Endel Help Center. You Want to Cancel Your Subscription
Deleting your Endel account doesn’t cancel it either. Cancel through the billing platform first. Delete the app or the account afterward if you want to.
Getting a Refund if You Missed the Window
If a charge already went through, where you ask depends on where you subscribed.
App Store
Endel can’t refund an App Store charge. Sign in at reportaproblem.apple.com, choose Request a refund, select a reason, and pick the Endel charge from your purchase history. Apple typically responds within 24 to 48 hours.6Apple Support. Request a Refund for Apps or Content That You Bought From Apple
Google Play
You have two options. Within 30 days of being charged for a 12-month plan, email your payment receipt — including the transaction number that starts with “GPA” — to ask@endel.io and request a refund from Endel directly. Funds usually appear in 3 to 10 days.7Endel Help Center. You Subscribed by Mistake and Want a Refund
Or go through Google at play.google.com. Click your profile picture, open Payments & subscriptions, then Budget & order history, and click Report a problem next to the Endel charge. Google usually decides within one to four days.8Google Play Help. Request a Refund on Google Play
Direct Website
For a website purchase, email ask@endel.io with your transaction details. Eligibility and timing for direct purchases are handled case by case.
What You Keep After Canceling
Canceling doesn’t cut off your access right away. You keep the full paid experience through the end of the period you already paid for, and the app then drops to the free tier.9Endel Help Center. You Want to Enjoy Endel for Free
