How to Cancel Your ExitLag Subscription: PayPal, Xsolla, and App Stores

To cancel your ExitLag subscription, log into your account at exitlag.com and go to My Account → Plan Management → Subscription Management, then follow the cancellation link. That ends the subscription on ExitLag’s side. If you originally paid through PayPal, Xsolla, Google Play, or the App Store, you also need to cancel the recurring payment in that platform, or you can still be charged on the next renewal date.

Cancel From Your ExitLag Dashboard

Sign in at exitlag.com and open My Account. From there, click Plan Management, then Subscription Management. On that screen you’ll see a line that reads something like “If you want to request cancellation of your plan, click here and follow the steps.”1ExitLag. How Do I Cancel My Subscription? Click through, confirm, and the request is submitted.

Button labels and menu names can change with site updates. If the path above doesn’t match exactly, look for anything referencing Plan Management or Subscription inside your account area. If you paid by credit card directly on ExitLag’s site, the dashboard step is enough. If a payment processor sits between you and ExitLag, keep going.

If You Paid Through PayPal

PayPal subscriptions run on a billing agreement that keeps sending money to the merchant on schedule. Canceling inside ExitLag’s dashboard does not always stop that agreement, so you can still see another charge land after you thought you were done.

Log into PayPal and go to Settings → Payments → Subscriptions and Saved Businesses, sometimes labeled Automatic Payments. Find ExitLag or Xsolla in the list, open it, and cancel the authorization.2PayPal. What Is an Automatic Payment and How Do I Update or Cancel One Check this list even if you’re not certain PayPal was involved. The charge on your bank statement may show as “Xsolla” or “PayPal” rather than “ExitLag,” which makes the original setup easy to forget.

If You Paid Through Xsolla

Xsolla processes payments for many gaming services, including ExitLag. If your subscription runs through Xsolla, log into your Xsolla Wallet account, open the Subscriptions section, select the ExitLag subscription, and cancel it.3Xsolla. How Can I Cancel My Subscription?

If the Wallet cancellation doesn’t go through, Xsolla’s support team can help via the contact form on their site. Xsolla can only act on payments that actually ran through its system, so if your statement shows a different processor, start there instead.

If You Subscribed Through Google Play or the App Store

ExitLag has a mobile app on Google Play. If you subscribed inside the app store rather than on the ExitLag website, the subscription lives with the store, and ExitLag cannot cancel it for you.

On Android, open the Google Play Store, tap your profile icon, go to Payments and Subscriptions → Subscriptions, find ExitLag, and tap Cancel. On iOS, open Settings, tap your name, then Subscriptions → ExitLag → Cancel Subscription. Same principle as with PayPal: end the billing relationship where it was created.

Timing, Refunds, and What You Keep

Canceling doesn’t cut off access immediately. You keep using ExitLag through the end of the billing period you already paid for, and the account goes inactive after that.1ExitLag. How Do I Cancel My Subscription?

Payments are non-refundable as a general rule, and ExitLag does not credit partially used periods.4ExitLag. Terms of Use If a renewal charge posts before you cancel, you’re billed for that cycle with no refund, but you still have access until the next renewal date. Cancel at least a day or two before the renewal to avoid paying for a cycle you won’t use.

Two exceptions matter. New users on their first subscription can withdraw within seven days of purchase and receive a refund; after that window, requests are reviewed at ExitLag’s discretion. ExitLag also offers a three-day free trial for new users, so canceling inside the trial means no charge at all. Purchases made with cryptocurrency, Perfect Money, or P2P Card cannot be refunded because those platforms don’t support the refund process.4ExitLag. Terms of Use

If You’re Still Being Charged

If the dashboard cancellation won’t complete, or a charge posts after you’ve canceled, ExitLag offers live chat through the button in the lower-right of its website on weekdays, and you can open a support ticket at My Account → My Support Tickets → New Support Ticket. ExitLag says tickets receive a response within one business day.5ExitLag. How Do I Contact Support?

Before you contact support or a payment processor, save screenshots of the cancellation screen and any confirmation emails. If charges continue after you’ve canceled on every applicable platform, dispute the charge with your bank or card issuer. The documentation makes that dispute far easier to win.
