How to Cancel Your FeetFinder Subscription: Profile, Segpay, and Email

To cancel a FeetFinder subscription, log into your account and turn off auto-renewal on the Profile tab, or cancel the recurring charge directly through Segpay, the payment processor FeetFinder uses. Either path stops future billing. Neither generates a refund for time you’ve already paid for.

Cancel From Your FeetFinder Profile

Sign in with the email and password you used at signup and open the Profile tab. Find the option to turn off auto-renewal on your current plan. The platform may ask why you’re leaving; click through each prompt until a confirmation screen appears.

Canceling doesn’t cut off access right away. You keep whatever time is left in your current billing period, and when that period ends the subscription simply won’t renew.

Cancel Through the Segpay Consumer Portal

FeetFinder charges show up on bank statements as “SEGPAY.COM*FeetFinder” because Segpay handles the billing. You can cancel the recurring charge at the source through Segpay’s consumer portal at cs.segpay.com. This is the better route if you’ve lost access to your FeetFinder account.

To pull up your subscription, the portal asks for at least two of the following: the email address you signed up with, the credit card number on file, or your purchase ID. Once your subscription appears, click the “Cancel Membership” icon and confirm with “Cancel My Subscription.” That instructs Segpay to stop all future recurring charges tied to your account.1Segpay. Email Support if the Self-Service Options Fail

If neither method works, email FeetFinder support at hello@feetfinder.com or use the contact form on the site. Support is listed as available 24/7. Include your full name, the email tied to your account, and a clear request to cancel. This is also the route FeetFinder’s own FAQ points to when something goes wrong.2FeetFinder. Save whatever reply you get. If a dispute comes up later about whether you canceled, that email thread is your proof.

Deleting the Account Is Not the Same as Canceling

FeetFinder’s FAQ describes a Delete button on the Profile tab that removes your account entirely.2FeetFinder. Frequently Asked Questions – FeetFinder What it doesn’t say is whether deleting the account also stops the recurring payment through Segpay. Because the billing relationship lives with the payment processor, deleting your profile could leave the subscription active behind the scenes.

Cancel the subscription first through one of the methods above. Then, if you want your profile gone, delete the account.

Refunds Are Unlikely, So Time It Right

FeetFinder’s policy states that all sales are final and payments are nonrefundable once received. The platform does not offer pro-rated refunds for unused time after a mid-cycle cancellation.3FeetFinder. Refund Policy

There is one narrow exception. FeetFinder says it may approve a refund as a credit to the original payment method in “exceptional circumstances,” but makes no promise. You would need to email hello@feetfinder.com and explain the situation.3FeetFinder. Refund Policy

Because a refund is unlikely, timing matters. Cancel a few days before your renewal date and you still get the full billing period you already paid for without a new charge landing.

Think Twice Before Filing a Chargeback

When a refund request fails, some users go straight to their bank. FeetFinder warns this can backfire. The platform investigates every chargeback, and during that review your ability to make purchases may be restricted. If FeetFinder decides the chargeback was made in bad faith, it can permanently suspend your account and block you from creating a new one.4FeetFinder. Chargeback Fraud Policy

A chargeback is legitimate when a charge is genuinely unauthorized or a service wasn’t delivered. Using it to work around a no-refund policy you agreed to at signup is the kind of filing FeetFinder treats as fraudulent. Work through cancellation and refund requests first.

Confirm the Cancellation Actually Went Through

Look for a confirmation email from FeetFinder or Segpay. Check spam if nothing arrives. If you still see nothing, log back into the Segpay consumer portal and search for your subscription. If it still shows active, the cancellation didn’t take.

Then watch your bank statement across the next full billing cycle. You want the absence of a new “SEGPAY.COM*FeetFinder” line. If a charge appears after you have a cancellation confirmation, that’s documentation you can bring to your bank, and a chargeback is appropriate.5FeetFinder. Contact Us

Stop the Payment Through Your Bank as a Last Resort

If everything else fails, federal law lets you stop preauthorized recurring charges by contacting your bank or card issuer directly. Under the Electronic Fund Transfer Act, you can notify your financial institution at least three business days before the next scheduled charge, and the institution must honor that stop-payment order. You can do it orally, though the bank may require written confirmation afterward.6Board of Governors of the Federal Reserve System. Electronic Fund Transfer Act

A stop-payment order is not a chargeback. It prevents future charges from going through rather than reversing a past one, so it won’t recover money already spent. It also doesn’t formally cancel your FeetFinder account, which means the platform may still consider you subscribed. Send a cancellation email to FeetFinder support alongside the stop-payment order so both sides are closed out.
