How to Cancel Your GSPro Subscription: Stripe Portal and Refunds

To cancel your GSPro subscription, log in to the Stripe billing portal with the email address you used at purchase and select cancel on your active plan. GSPro routes all billing through Stripe rather than through the simulator software itself. The annual subscription runs $250, and GSPro does not prorate refunds when you cancel mid-term, so the date you cancel matters more than most people expect.1GSPro. Steps to Cancel in the Stripe Portal

The official GSPro website links directly to the Stripe customer portal for billing changes.2GSPro. GSPro The flow is short:

  • Open the Stripe billing portal from the link on the GSPro site (billing.stripe.com).
  • Enter the email address tied to your purchase. Stripe emails a verification code.
  • Open your active subscription to see the plan, renewal date, and payment method on file.
  • Click cancel and confirm.

After you confirm, the portal should show the subscription set to cancel at the end of the current billing period. Screenshot that page. If Stripe sends a confirmation email, save it. Those records are your protection if a charge shows up later.

Find the Right Email First

Stripe identifies your account entirely by the email you used at checkout. The wrong address returns no results, and that is where most cancellations stall. Check your original GSPro purchase confirmation. If you can’t find it, open the GSPro software on your computer and look under the account or license information tab, which displays the registered email along with your license key. The license key is not required to cancel through Stripe, but it helps if you end up emailing support.

If You Bought a Bundle With a Launch Monitor

Buyers who got GSPro bundled with a Foresight Sports or Uneekor launch monitor sometimes assume the hardware company handles cancellation. It doesn’t. Even on bundled sales, the renewal billing lives with GSPro. Foresight Sports’ own help documentation confirms that card information is entered through GSPro’s checkout for future renewals and directs subscription questions to GSPro support.3Foresight Sports. GSPRO Integration Cancel through the same Stripe portal.

One note for newer Uneekor owners: those units require a separate Uneekor subscription to run third-party software like GSPro. Cancelling one does not cancel the other. Stop each charge through its own billing system.

Cancel Before the Renewal Date

GSPro’s terms require that you cancel before the next billing date to avoid being charged for another year.1GSPro. GSPro Terms of Service and End User License Agreement If your renewal falls on March 15 and you cancel on March 16, the next twelve months have already been billed and the money is not coming back. Set a reminder a week or two ahead if you’re on the fence.

Cancelling does not lock you out right away. Your access continues through the end of the term you already paid for. When that term expires, the license deactivates and the software stops working until you resubscribe.

What You Can Get Refunded

Voluntary mid-term cancellation gets you nothing back. You keep access through the end of the paid year, but GSPro does not refund unused time.1GSPro. GSPro Terms of Service and End User License Agreement

New subscribers have a seven-day refund window. Email support@gsprogolf.com within seven days of purchase to request a refund. Stripe deducts a $15 processing fee, and the balance returns to the original payment method. The seven-day window does not apply to purchases made through third-party marketplaces.1GSPro. There is one scenario where a prorated refund does apply: if GSPro terminates your account for a reason other than your violation of the terms, the unused portion is refunded.1GSPro. GSPro Terms of Service and End User License Agreement

When the Portal Won’t Work

If you can’t get into the Stripe portal, email GSPro support at support@gsprogolf.com with your name, the email you think is on the account, and your license key if you have it.4GSPro. Privacy Policy – GSPro Ask them to cancel the subscription and confirm in writing that no further charges will be processed.

If support doesn’t resolve it, call your card issuer or bank and ask them to block future recurring charges from the merchant. Most issuers can place a stop on a specific seller. That doesn’t formally close the GSPro account, but it prevents further billing. Keep records of every cancellation attempt in case you need to dispute a charge later.

Your Click-to-Cancel Rights

The FTC’s amended Negative Option Rule, known as the click-to-cancel rule, requires that cancelling a subscription be as easy as signing up.5Federal Register. Negative Option Rule If you signed up for GSPro online, you must be able to cancel online, without being pushed to a phone call or a chatbot. The rule also bars confusing language, hidden cancellation buttons, and retention screens designed to wear you down. If the process you encounter is noticeably harder than signing up was, you can report it to the FTC at ftc.gov.
