How to Cancel Your Jumpspeak Subscription and Get a Refund

To cancel a Jumpspeak subscription, go to the platform that’s actually billing you: your iPhone or iPad Settings if you signed up through the App Store, the Google Play Store on Android, or your account page on the Jumpspeak website if you bought directly. The steps take about two minutes. The catch is that canceling in the wrong place does nothing, which is why people keep getting charged after they thought they had stopped the subscription.

Find Out Who Is Billing You

Pull up your bank or credit card statement and look at the charge description. “Apple.com/bill” means you subscribed through the App Store and Apple is the biller. “Google” or “Proxima Beta” means Google Play. “Jumpspeak” as the merchant means you bought the plan on the website. Cancel through that platform and only that platform.

You’ll also need to sign in with the same account you used at signup. If you used Google or Apple single sign-on, make sure you can still get into that account, because without it you can’t reach the cancellation screen.

Cancel on iPhone or iPad

Open Settings, tap your name at the top, then tap Subscriptions. Find Jumpspeak in the list, tap it, and tap Cancel Subscription. If there’s no cancel button and you see an expiration date in red, the subscription is already canceled.1Apple Support. If You Want to Cancel a Subscription From Apple

Deleting the app does not cancel the subscription. Apple will keep charging on the renewal date until you cancel through Settings or your Apple ID account page on the web.

Cancel on Android

Open the Google Play Store app and tap your profile icon in the top right. Select Payments & subscriptions, then Subscriptions. Tap Jumpspeak, then Cancel subscription, and follow the prompts to confirm. As with iOS, uninstalling the app on its own won’t stop charges.

Cancel on the Jumpspeak Website

If you bought your plan directly from Jumpspeak, sign in at jumpspeak.com and go to your account or billing settings. Look for the option to cancel or turn off auto-renewal, and click the final confirmation button. That last click matters. If you skip it, the subscription stays active and renews on schedule.

Cancel a Free Trial Before It Converts

Jumpspeak offers a 7-day free trial for premium access.2Jumpspeak. Exclusive Jumpspeak Offer The trial converts to a paid subscription automatically at the end of the 7 days, and the charge posts right away. Cancel before the trial ends using the same steps for iPhone, Android, or the website above. You keep access to premium features for the remaining trial days after canceling, so there’s no reason to wait until the last hour.

Refunds After a Charge Has Posted

If you already got charged, where you subscribed determines what’s possible.

For plans bought directly from Jumpspeak, there’s a 100-day satisfaction guarantee on the initial purchase. Contact Jumpspeak support by email to request a full refund within that window.3Jumpspeak. Frequently Asked Questions For renewal charges, the refund window is much shorter: 24 hours from when the renewal posts. After that, the payment is non-refundable, and Jumpspeak does not prorate refunds for unused time.4Jumpspeak. Jumpspeak Refund Policy

For App Store purchases, request a refund from Apple. Sign in at reportaproblem.apple.com, choose “Request a refund,” pick a reason, and submit the request for the Jumpspeak charge.5Apple Support. Request a Refund for Apps or Content That You Bought From Apple Apple reviews these case by case, so approval isn’t guaranteed. For Google Play purchases, submit a refund request through the Play app or the Play website within Google’s stated timeframes.

Confirm the Cancellation Went Through

You should get a confirmation email from whichever platform processed the cancellation. Save it. If a charge shows up later and you need to dispute it, that email is your evidence.

You can also check the subscription screen where you canceled. On Apple devices, the Jumpspeak entry will show an expiration date rather than a renewal date. Premium access continues until that date, so you don’t have to cram in lessons before it ends.

Canceling Is Not the Same as Deleting Your Account

Deleting your Jumpspeak account does not cancel your subscription. If you delete the account while the paid plan is active, you’ll lose access to your data and still get billed.6Jumpspeak. Privacy Policy Cancel first, then delete the account if you want your data removed.

To delete the account and its associated data, open the Jumpspeak app, go to the “You” tab, tap the Settings icon in the top right, and tap Delete Account.6Jumpspeak. Privacy Policy

If Cancellation Is Blocked

The FTC’s Click-to-Cancel rule requires sellers to make canceling at least as easy as signing up.
