To cancel a Just Ingredients subscription, log in to your account at justingredients.com, open “Manage Subscription,” select the subscription you want to end, click “More” in the top right, and follow the prompts to cancel. Cancel From the Subscription Portal
The portal is the fastest route. You’ll need the email and password tied to your account; if you’ve forgotten the password, reset it before you start.
- Click the person icon in the website header at justingredients.com and log in.
- Click “Manage Subscription” to see your active recurring orders.
- Select the subscription you want to cancel.
- Click “More” in the top right corner.
- Follow the prompts and choose the cancel option.

The cancellation flow may offer you the option to skip your next shipment instead of ending the subscription, and it’s easy to tap through that by mistake and end up still subscribed.
If You Don’t Actually Need to Cancel
Sometimes the real problem is timing or quantity, not the product. The portal gives you a few ways to adjust without giving up your subscription pricing:
- Skip a shipment. Select your subscription and click “Skip” in the top right. Your next delivery is held; nothing else changes.
- Pause the subscription. Select the subscription, click “More,” then “Pause.” All future shipments freeze until you resume them manually.
- Change the frequency. Click “More,” then edit how often shipments go out. Useful if product is piling up.
- Swap products. Click “Swap” next to an item and pick a different one.

If the Portal Isn’t Working
If something glitches or you can’t get into your account, Just Ingredients has three other channels:

If you email, use a clear subject line like “Cancel Subscription” and include your full name and the email on your account. That gives you a written record of the request, which matters if a charge posts after you asked to cancel.
Confirm the Cancellation Stuck
Log back into the portal after you cancel and check that no upcoming shipments appear on your dashboard. Thirty seconds, and it saves real trouble later. Watch your bank or card statement through the next billing cycle too.
If a charge posts after you canceled, contact Just Ingredients first. Merchants usually fix their own billing errors faster than a bank dispute can. If support doesn’t resolve it, you can dispute the charge with your card issuer. Returning a Shipment That Already Arrived
Canceling only stops future orders. It does not refund the shipment that just showed up. Just Ingredients accepts returns on unopened, unused items within 30 days of purchase, with refunds going back to your original payment method minus shipping.5Just Ingredients. Refund Policy
A few limits to know:
- Opened products can’t be returned, for health and safety reasons.
- Final-sale items aren’t eligible: canned drinks, snack bars, discontinued or clearance products, gift cards, and digital downloads.
- Orders placed through Facebook or Instagram aren’t eligible for partial refunds, though store credit may be offered.
- Lost or stolen packages are handled through the carrier (USPS or UPS), not through Just Ingredients.
