Cancel Through Apple or Google
If you originally subscribed through an app store, the KiwiCo website can’t process the cancellation. You have to cancel through whichever platform bills you.

If KiwiCo isn’t in your app store subscription list, you probably signed up directly through the website. Check your bank statement for the billing entity and cancel through that channel.
The Billing-Date Deadline
KiwiCo doesn’t bill all customers on the same day. Your billing date depends on when you first subscribed, so it might be the 5th, the 15th, or any other day of the month. Refunds After You Cancel
